When we were there, there were like 2 or 3 salespersons. All of them look very young, perhaps college kids on vacation or something. One thing, I dont really fancy is that, for this store, it seems that they tend to "cramp" all the goods together. Perhaps they want to have all the range for teenagers, or all other customers who are into the hip scene of streetware, items from Vans, ROXY, Element, DC, Oneill, skate what nots. When we were there at that time, the store is filled with "blaring" music too. All in all an OK experience shopping here. I went to exchange sizes from a Christmas present, and because it wasn't in the time frame stated (14 days from purchase or 10 days after Christmas), I couldn't even exchange sizes. I was not asking for a refund, but just to get the right size. This store, and its owner Danielle who made the decision, is losing a customer forever because of a size exchange. The store would have not lost money, but would have done right by their customer. Instead, they chose to follow an incredibly restrictive policy that doesn't make any difference. There were more of those shirts there, they weren't on sale. There is just no reason at all why I could not exchange sizes. Shame on them. Shame on you Danielle. Unreal. Worst customer experience.

Upon walking into the store we noticed everything was neat and organized. The manager, Neil, greeted us warmly and proceeded to show my boyfriend all of the options within his price range. Since there was a sale going on, my boyfriend ended up ordering a custom made sports jacket which was ideal since he often has trouble finding jackets that fit because he's over 6 feet tall. Not only did he get to choose the pattern/color of the jacket but he also go to choose other options like having his initials on the inside of his jacket, and what color stitching he wanted. Usually the alternations take weeks to do but because we were on a tight deadline due to the wedding we had to attend, Neil was gracious enough to expedite the alternations my boyfriend needed. My boyfriend's sports jacket fits so well! I'd recommend this place for anyone who is looking for affordable custom made clothing. Be sure to ask for Neil. He was awesome!
