The store would have not lost money, but would have done right by their customer. Instead, they chose to follow an incredibly restrictive policy that doesn't make any difference. There were more of those shirts there, they weren't on sale. There is just no reason at all why I could not exchange sizes. Shame on them. Shame on you Danielle. Unreal. Worst customer experience.

Since there was a sale going on, my boyfriend ended up ordering a custom made sports jacket which was ideal since he often has trouble finding jackets that fit because he's over 6 feet tall. Not only did he get to choose the pattern/color of the jacket but he also go to choose other options like having his initials on the inside of his jacket, and what color stitching he wanted. Usually the alternations take weeks to do but because we were on a tight deadline due to the wedding we had to attend, Neil was gracious enough to expedite the alternations my boyfriend needed. I will say this store is like all of the other factory stores however, we really appreciate the convenience that this location has with its proximity of being so close to where we live. We were able to find five pairs of Nikes that fit the bill and they all totaled up to under $200, which is a steal in my opinion. The staff here were all super helpful and the store was super organized so it was easy for us to look through the shoes. We will definitely be back.
