I had to make SEVERAL inquiries to Little Britches to even get an answer and when I did Kelly was very rude. Also, I ordered over $200 of items and when I received my blanket the tag said $35 and I paid $65. So although I loved the print and my son loves cars. I would rather order from somewhere else because of the customer service. I believe that customer service goes a long way and I may only be one person but I will not order from here ever again and I will tell anyone that asks, not to either.

I was warmly greeted by the 2 ladies at the register ...I thought " ok this is a good sign " While my resell items were being checked in I walked around to check out the quality and prices. I was overwhelmed by both the quality and prices. There were no old faded looking clothes nor clothes that needed a clothes shaver . The new items were current. I could tell that this store has gone above and beyond in offering wonderful clothes and items that can be used way beyond infant years !! My resell transaction was handled in a personal but professional manner - no low ball offers !! I look forward to my next transaction with this store !!! During my eight minute visit, no one approached or engaged me in any manner as I moved through the store browsing their few offerings, though I never left their watchful gaze. I briefly considered addressing a sales clerk myself before putting my card back into my wallet . I cannot endorse nor recommend anyone to this effete core of impudent snobs. I wish I had checked their reviews prior to my visit to be aware of the condescending attitude reflected in the owner responses. A similar offputting bravada is clearly carried through to the demeanor of the staff. Bottom line, you judged me on site so you lost my sale. In summary, I was generally disappointed at the arrogant lack of effort in their blatantly inequitable customer relations, combined with the tragically overpriced and limited selection of this shop.
