All adding to a very positive experience. I was there to exchange or return an infant snow jacket. The size I bought was too big. The Baby/Kid Department is large, with lots of selection, varying sizes & great prices. (Note, they have clothes for the entire family, plus accessories.) The size I needed wasn't available. So I headed back up to the front of the store to make my Return. While there the Associate asked why I was returning the jacket. She immediately went online & checked the store inventory to see if they had any in the back. She thought they might have the size I was looking for & quickly left to check. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed. She then offered to place an online order for me because other locations had the item. This Associate provided excellent customer service & went above & beyond. I really like this store...check out their Rewards Program too. Happy Shopping!
