So I decided to go to the store ; Howell Nj early Saturday morning ,I picked the colors of the 30 balloons I needed and after waiting 15 min just to be rang up it was explained that there was a 12 balloon limit - due to a helium shortage and the wait would be an hours. None of this info was explained on the website. It should be explained that there are limitations for an in person same day order . Is this standard for all stores or is this a choice by the individual store ? It made my day very stressful - so thing that should have been a lot of fun.
