I looked on the front of my receipt and did not see anything about returning or exchanging the item within a specific time frame. Then they informed me that I would only get a credit for the current purchase price. They informed me the return/exchange policy is on the back of the receipt. I purchased the dress on sale for $50.99 and the credit would only be for $34.99, the current sale price. UGH I pretty much purchase all of my dresses at The Loft since they have a nice selection of petite clothing. I only wish they would state the policy on the front of the receipt, i.e./purchase must be returned or exchanged within 45 days. The staff also informed me today they will have a new policy and the return or exchange must take place within 30 Days. I am pretty disappointed to say the least. I think I will have to choose another store for my petites. I guess Nordstrom's will be my choice for petites in the future. Have a nice day!

They take the time to listen to your needs and are only too glad to give you a sample. I've bought many skincare, foundations, lipsticks and eye palettes from here before COVID-19. Their selections are obviously more limited than the main one but when you make any amount of purchase, they are very generous with giving you extra samples of perfumes or whatever else they might happen to have.

This lady will go out of her way to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Yesterday, I came in for a return and unfortunately she was there. No avoiding her this time. She had to end her personal phone call to help me so perhaps that was already a strike against me. As expected, she made the simple refund process difficult. I did not have the receipt for the item which isn't an issue since it takes 5 seconds to pull up your beauty insider account to verify the purchase. She made me swipe various credit cards to see if she could find the item. Nothing. She then entered in my beauty insider number. Nothing. She plugged in my phone number. Nothing again. Confused I mentioned that perhaps because I had purchased two of the same item in different colors that day that maybe the associate scanned the other item twice. She pretended to not see or understand what I was saying until finally, after about 10 minutes of trying different things, I pulled out my phone to pull up my insider beauty account myself. As soon as I did this, she agreed to just refund me as if it were a courtesy. I found the item on my e-receipt in two seconds and told her it was there. She pretended to only just notice it too. Had I not pulled up my beauty insider account myself , she would have dragged this on continuing to suggest it was never purchased or was purchased over 30 days ago or just deny the refund. This is typical petty behavior of hers. She makes every visit to the store painful.

I watched another customer get three packs no problem, but when I asked for the same, I was told the exception was only because they "knew him" and the cards were for his kids (that apparently doesn't matter if they are there or not) to quote what I heard a worker say one-time "doesn't matter if you bring your friends or family and they are there it's still limited to one per person." The next day? The rule was suddenly back in full force for everyone else. So if you enjoy selective policies and a little favoritism with your purchase, this is the place. Otherwise, don't expect fairness -- just a reminder that you're not part of the inner circle.

My partner and I both have alot of hobbies and HobbyTown had an amazing selection of items at great prices. I left with a few Gundam models and Pokemon cards with sets I haven't seen elsewhere. My partner is into dungeons and dragons as well as Warhammer and he left with books, models and a few new game sets. There's a good selection- you won't find everything you want but there's certainly some gems in here. The staff were lovely and helpful. I'd come back here next time I'm in the area.

It came packed in this high quality box which is just very thoughtful and protecting. The shirt was packed inside a sealed plastic bag. (It's little details like this that add up to a great customer experience. It shows you care.) My friend bought me a Medium and it did look huge. The length is perfect. I'm 5'1 and it comes fully below my butt. Perfect to wear with leggings. LOVE that. I would normally like it a bit baggier/wider so I wouldn't have to worry about shrinkage but I'll just be careful with it when I wash/dry it. It's SUPER soft inside. Another hit. Huge front pocket. Love. The ties for the hoodie are actually SEWN!!! No knots. No shoelace-like ends to get permanently dirty.
