My name is Anastasiya Liali, I have actually worked for Mrs. Roxanne for almost 8 years. She and I worked hundreds of parties and every customer we had always COMPLIMENTED on the GREAT JOB we did and how WELL we interact with the children. we always stride to go above and beyond to please our customers and 99% of the time we always have achieved that goal. Roxanne is a GREAT BOSS. she NEVER is pushy or arrogant nor does she have a mobster like mentality. she is a very energetic, happy and so kind hearted. I find these two reviews from Suzanne, who Roxanne nor I ever heard of nor ever hired. we have all the paper work on our previous workers and not one was named a Suzanne. and Nicole I find it pathetic that a mother would act the way you did in front of your child like that. I am a mother myself and I also lived with Roxanne for multiple years even though I am not related to her in any way. she always has opened up her heart to people and in my opinion she is almost too trusting of others. its very sad in my opinion to see such hatred on a stranger that have done nothing wrong but to try to please others for free. Nicole if you were really unsatisfied with the tattoo that was free maybe you should have taken your child to six flags and paid 15+ dollars and when the tattoo comes out shitty then you would have every right to bitch and moan and harass others but a free tattoo that was very well done you really don't have the luxury to complain. like I said before I am a mother as well and I have worked with Roxanne and I have done the tattoos too at one point and I met many children and one common facture in every child is they change their minds very often. I don't blame the babies as all the colors are wonderful and I know that the children get very excited. but one thing is curtain that the children don't understand the concept of how that glitter tattoo is put on its not like lipstick where you put it on and wipe it off and try a different color. the process is very complex. any mother should understand that and be grateful for a free gift. Dear Sirs, I have spoken with Roxanne Talarico owner operator of Rockin Roxanne Party Magic. I have seen the complaint filed by Nicole Orlando in regards to Ms. Talarico and her services. Roxanne has been contracted out by us for over two years now and we have never had a issue with the way she conducts her business. I'm the general manager at Neptune IHOP and as Ms. Talarico had stated in her reply to B.B.B. we also provide each child with one kids meal. Every Friday we have Kids Eat Free & Character Night from 6pm till 8pm. Each child is provided with a Free kids meal, entertainment of a character, a wheel of fun to win a prize as the child leaves, and either glitter tattoo or face painting. We do more for our Kids eat free night than any other IHOP in the tri-state area. Ms. Talarico and her staff provide one tattoo or one face painting per child also. Other wise every child would want multiply tattoo's or face painting and Ms. Talarico would not be able to provide some child with this service. Ms. Nicole Orlando is not a regular at our IHOP as my shift supervisor the night in question has never seen her in our business before. My shift supervisor (Jacquie) has been employed with us for two years and works every Friday night. I my self have tried to contact Ms. Orlando and her reply to me after informing her that I wanted to discuss the night in question was I have children and I'm busy. I have spoken with other guest that were in the restaurant also this evening. The other guest have also informed me as to Ms. Orlando's behavior which was as confirmed by myself watching our surveillance cameras for this evening. I have instructed my supervisor Jacquie that Ms. Orlando is not permitted within our business Ms. Talarico will not provide services to her or her family. As we have stated on our menu and front door we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We treat our customers and staff with the up most respect and will not tolerate a customer disrespecting them. Fantastic for kids birthday parties!! We had Rockin Roxanne at our home for our son's first birthday. Rockin Roxanne and her helper were on time, friendly, sweet, full of smiles, organized, quick set up and clean up. The kids loved them and mom's were super happy and impressed!! We used a character costume from Rockin Roxanne, and it was perfect! Really made the whole party, my son still talks about it!!! The costume was very clean and so real looking!
