The most amazing Blippi!! My son is on the Autism spectrum and obsessed with Blippi. I knew if I was going to have Blippi it had to be the right one. I researched for months. Cross checking and crossing out Blippi's until I was seeing him in my sleep. I stumbled across Rent Party Characters and after driving Edward crazy with questions and having him call me and "do the voice" on the phone I was convinced. I warned him that on party day my son would need time to come to him and just wanted Blippi to pretty much "be there" until my son was ready. I was so nervous. I shouldn't have been. Edward ( Blippi) was so calm and gentle and allowed my son the time he needed. I didn't need a "SHOW" I just wanted him to play and hang out with my boy. they rode the swings together and played with trucks quietly and it was wonderful. It was like my sons best friend was visiting . During the 2 hours there were times when my son needed to walk away and during those times Blippi played with the other two children, doing sack races and dances ect... and when my son was ready he would rejoin. I could not have found a better Blippi and my heart was so full and happy for my baby. Blippi really made my boys 5th birthday perfect. At one point in the day I needed to come inside and wipe a few tears of happiness that he was so understanding of my sons disability and needs. For me there will never be a better Blippi. I cant thank you enough. Whatever my son or daughter in into in the coming years, I will always use this company. the pure joy on my sons face was worth every penny. This past weekend, I got to experience the wonderful service of Rent Party Characters. I was referred to this company from another parent in which I was present at their child's party to also witness the service. From beginning to end, Edward provided great detailed customer service. I appreciated how he sent a request of the details needed for your event to ensure nothing is missed. They offer countless packages that are promised to be suitable for all needs. I requested Spider-Man and Face painting. I was completely blown away with the face painting service because I was not expecting such intricate designs. They were absolutely beautiful, and each design was unique! She had such a clean, neat, inviting, and easy setup. When I offered assistance, she didn't need anything from me, not even a glass of water for her brushes! She was amazing. Spider-Man (Edward the owner) was just as amazing. My son and his guest were fully engaged the entire time. I never asked all of what would be included in this service, but we received more than expected for sure. Edward had his own speaker and a host of props. As an educator/parent I was overly pleased as to how Spider-Man engaged parents/grandparents as well! I also appreciated the variety of music that was played. This was a very interactive service for 1 hour! The kids were in great hands. Edward is super personable and even stayed behind a few minutes to talk to me and my fiancé. Overall, the service is 10/10. I will be sure to recommend Rent Party Characters to everyone! Thank you for contributing to such a memorable birthday. I think this was my son's favorite birthday party yet! Thank you again. - Tiffany read more

Edward and Jordan were the most amazing people we could have asked for. From the beginning of booking the experience Edward was very kind, genuine, and open to suggestions and ideas. The transaction was smooth and stress free. On the day the event occurred which was on a Sunday May 26, from the moment Edward and Jordan walked in they were very genuine and professional. Asking if we needed any help or assistance? Helping out with extra set ups and decorations. Beyond our expectations they went above and beyond with the entertainment, the interactions and the activities making sure every kid was involved and even included adults. They kept surprising us by adding extra games and dances as well as providing music and theme songs for the party. The speaker was amazing in terms of sound and quality, Edward and Jordan also did an action packed scene involving the kids as well as even jumping in our trampoline!!!! Me and my family are truly happy and pleased with this Experience. Everybody is still talking about the party a week later. I highly recommend everyone who has or hasn't done a party with them to please try them out you won't regret it. I will not only keep recommending them to friends and family but I will continue to accept their services because it would be a crime not to. Thank you Edward and Jordan once again from all of us. read more

Listen, if you're looking for a costume character for a party look no further. I used Rent Party Characters for my nephew's 4th birthday party, and they hit a home run. BLEW AWAY expectations and made it a day that my nephew will remember for the rest of his life. Edward is extremely easy to deal with. I had never done something like this before, and he was beyond patient with all my questions, as well as totally transparent with the cost, and everything else. On the day of the party, Spider-Man arrived on-time and sent the kids into a frenzy! I will say that you could tell this was someone experienced in the job, as they knew how to interact with the kids in a way that held their attention, and gave them such a fun time! The kids this age are obsessed with these songs from the cartoon, and that's exactly what he had ready and playing. I cannot overstate the look of pure awe and joy on their faces, especially my nephew! Rent Party Characters is worth every penny. If you lol at my profile you'll see I don't do a lot of these reviews, but this is an exception. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend you do the same! Priceless! read more

On behalf of Festival Works, LLC. and as the Assistant Event Director for the West Milford Autumn Lights Festival I would like to thank Edward and his staff who were hired for this event. As an event production company we meet a lot of companies in which just come out to these township events lacking the luster to perform. Ed and his team brought their A Game on October 8th. We had 6 characters (one per hour) Peppa Pig, Sponge Bob, Spider Man, Moana, Blues Clues and Jack Skellington, strolling through the 1 mile round trip of with crowds of thousands mingling with our festival guest and vendors. Costumes and performances by the team was amazing kids were beyond excited to meet their favorite characters as were a lot of the adults! There is nothing better than seeing the kids glow ear to ear. So with that I would HIGHLY recommend Edward and his company Rentpartycharacters for your costume characters needs. Amazing costumes, professional, interactive and pretty epic company overall! Thank you Rentpartycharacters! We look forward to working with you in the near future. Roberta Steele, Assistant Director Festival Work, LLC. read more

Edward and his team were great, from start to finish! I requested Elsa for my daughter's 4th Birthday this past Sunday. Not only did Edward respond to my call promptly, he was able to customize the entertainment details to our party's needs and location. He reached out a few days prior to the party to confirm the details as well! Christine (Elsa) was absolutely fantastic! She reached out to me the day before the party and was very easy to talk to. On the day of the party she arrived a few minutes early and was extremely professional from start to finish. The kids absolutely LOVED her! She kept them entertained for the entire hour that she was there! She sang songs, played several games (Ring Toss, Corn Hole, Limbo, etc.) with the kids, all of which she brought with her. She also took pictures with all of the kids, and led group dances. I can't say enough about Christine! After the party I received compliments from several of my guests! Thank you Edward and Christine for making my daughter's 4th Birthday so memorable! I highly recommend this company for your child's next birthday! read more

Absolutely amazing experience! We hired Blippi and Miss Rachael for my daughter's 1 year old birthday. My son is 2.5 and also had his friends at the party. Blippi and Miss Rachael was very energetic and had several cool elements. They not only did the live entertainment but also integrated the kids, and adults into their performance. My guests could not stop raging how engaging they were! We were particularly impressed by how they incorporated things like live music and other props to get both the kids and adults going. This wasn't a performance of guests simply watching, but we all felt part of the performance. My daughter, only 1, was up and about Shaking and My son and his friends had a blast! Separate to the artists, the owner of the company, Mr. Edward, was responsive, communicative, and possessed outstanding professionalism. He listened to our expectations and over delivered. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend and plan on re engaging for my son's upcoming birthday. read more

We hired RENT PARTY CHARACTERS for our sons first birthday party to have Captain America entertain the children. Eddie showed up a couple minutes early to go over a final plan even though we had several phone/text conversations prior to the event date as to what we were looking for. He was professional but also projected a vibe that made us feel like we've known him for years. He arrived with a positive attitude ready and enthusiastic to entertain the kids. For a full hour Eddie went non stop in an authentic Captain America costume, outside in 90+ degrees, playing games and interacting with the kids, something I don't think I could do myself. He even got some of the other parents to participate, and provided plenty of opportunities for photo ops. All in all he did a fantastic job of performing a fun and interactive experience for our guests young and old. We look forward to hiring him again and absolutely recommend him for child parties. Five stars is not enough! read more

We recently hired Rent Party Characters to bring the magic of Paw Patrol to our daughter's 4th birthday party, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Rocky and Skye of Paw Patrol arrived right on time, and their energy was contagious. The music and balloon twisting was so much fun. They engaged with the kids in such a fun and interactive way, creating unforgettable memories for everyone. Our daughters and their friends were absolutely enchanted by the characters, and their smiles were priceless! The professionalism and enthusiasm of the performers were top-notch, and the attention to detail in their costumes and routines was impressive. We had the absolute BEST experience with Edward as our Danny Go impersonator for my son's Danny Go-themed birthday party! From start to finish, he was incredible--90 minutes of nonstop fun, music, and interactive entertainment. He stayed fully in character the entire time, bringing the same energy, enthusiasm, and creativity that makes the real Danny Go so beloved in our home. Not only did he completely light up my son's face (Danny Go is his all-time favorite), but he also managed to captivate every child at the party AND even got the adults laughing, dancing, and joining in. He performed familiar songs, led fun games, and made sure every child felt included. The level of talent and attention to detail was amazing. This party was truly unforgettable. It meant the world to see my son so happy, and it's a memory our whole family will cherish forever. If you're considering this experience--DO IT! You will not be disappointed! read more

Working with Rent Party Characters was amazing! The owner, Edward, was swift in responding to the request we made for a character appearance at our daughter's school, responding within 30 minutes of me placing the request. We also were requesting for something needed within a few days, and he was quick in inquiring with his staff and finding someone within 24 hours who would be available. Working with Tim, the staff member, for the character was amazing. He arrived sufficiently in advance to survey the space, inquire about any requests of how to appear, and getting to know the birthday girl and her friends. He gave great energy, had a fun playlist for the kids to move to, and was very kind throughout the experience. We will definitely be sharing this company with other friends and family, and will rebook with them in the future - our daughter had a blast and she and her friends enjoyed the experience. Worth every bit! read more

I cannot recommend Rent Party Characters enough. We had Spider-Man at my son's 5th birthday and days later, my son is still talking about how the real Spidey showed up for his party! Even during the party, other parents were asking for Spidey's phone number because he was doing such a great job entertaining the kids. He was so good, I had strangers try to sneak into the party to meet him and kids pressed up against a fence trying to get a glimpse of Spidey. Spidey's costume was very realistic and looked authentic - no cheap, scary knock off costume here! Rent party characters is the real deal! He had all the kids up, playing and dancing - even at the end of a long party. He was very entertaining and totally professional. They were very easy to work with, extremely communicative during the whole party planning process. I will absolutely be booking Rent Party Characters again and really recommend them highly. read more

We recently worked with Eddie at Rent Party Characters for our daughter's birthday party. We went with Bluey and Bingo, and it was an absolute delight! The costumes were so realistic and vibrant. The characters created an immersive experience and making everyone feel like they were part of the Bluey and Bingo world. The characters perfectly captured the playful spirit of the show, with colorful balloons, fun themed games and awesome music. The activities were engaging and perfectly tailored for the kids. Every detail was well thought out, and the party was such a memorable experience for all the kids. My family is so grateful that Rent Party Characters created a celebration that truly brought Bluey and Bingo to life. The joy on the kids' faces was priceless! Highly recommend Eddie and his team for kids' parties. He was polite, professional, and easy to work with. We will definitely work with him again! read more

We were so excited to find Rent Party Characters for a Blippi appearance! Edward looked so much like the real guy that many of the kids believed it to be him! He was fun and energetic, and had no issue involving adults in the fun . Our party was very noisy from a large adult presence among the children and he still managed to capture the attention of the parents and children. We got a lot of comments regarding how we managed to find someone that looked so much like the real guy! Many parents at the party shared how excited their children were-- they wouldn't stop talking about it! My family and friends were very impressed with his energy! Unfortunately, my daughter was a little frightened - likely because the likeness to her idol was spot on-- but Edward has a lot of patience for the nervous birthday children and managed to get her smiling and dancing soon enough! Great , timely service!!!! read more

We hired this company for our son's 4th birthday party. We did a Toy Story theme and had Jessie, his favorite character, come to entertain the kids. Very professional company to work with and the Jessie costume was fantastic. Edward was very helpful and informative. Everything was sent to me in writing for me to refer back to. He sent reminders and was very thorough. Our entertainer called me the day prior to my event and went over all the details for the day. She arrived early with plenty of time to set up and followed the timeline well. I appreciated that she had a playlist set up and her own portable speakers. My son absolutely loved dancing, playing games, and taking pictures with Jessie and his friends! She sang happy birthday with us and helped make our son's birthday extra special! Would definitely recommend them and use this company again in the future! read more

Our Character was sonic and he was absolutely wonderful- couldn't of imagined it going any better. For one we asked literally the day before if he could come and he made room for us on such a hot and busy day, two our son was the only child there and he made us, the parents so comfortable and our son as well. He danced with us, bounced in the bounce house, took pictures, played, and did our birthday cake and song with us. My son was beyond ecstatic. We Are all super grateful for the time and performance.
