Ron is a comedic magician, who is exceptionally good at entertaining! He was absolutely spectacular! From the few kids to the many adults, everyone was entertained! Ron was awesome! His comedic magical act was fun from the start. He was extremely generous with his time as well. He did not rush out after his hour performance. Instead, he continued for an extra 30 minutes to ensure everyone received a balloon animal/figure/character and that everyone was pleased and satisfied! A few of my family members asked where I found Ron, so I shared the information and the reasonable fee for his service. Thank you so much for identifying a fantastic comedic magician for our party! We were told they would do their best to accommodate that request, and they did not. The performer arrived approximately 20 minutes late, and I had to call to find out where he was. No attempt on their part was made to let us know he'd be late. When he arrived, he appeared disheveled and not prepared for the performance. He told us that he "had to learn the songs on the way over." As he began to sing the first song, he struggled with the beat and the words. He did not know the actual lyrics and improvised poorly. The songs he attempted were not what we requested. One was AC/DC, which my son does not like, and another song (Sweet Child of Mine) was also not requested. The rock and roll Happy Birthday song we specifically asked for was performed last and without the guitar. Their website prompts you to, "choose 1 or 2 songs" and we chose the one happy birthday rock and roll song. After the performance, he was looking around for his guitar strap even though it was attached to his guitar, which added to the overall impression that he was disoriented. I contacted the company by phone to address these concerns. The person I spoke with said he would send a text to the owner and included me in the message, stating, "Thank you, we'll keep you updated." They did not follow up. I had to reach out again, and at that point they declined to help, stating, "I watched the video and he did a good job delivering our standard singing telegram. Your son loved it." It was also explained that the performer's appearance and level of presentation depend on the individual performer. The promotional photos on the website show a performer who is styled and fully in character, but that was not consistent with what we experienced. For context, my son is polite and would not show disappointment in a situation like this. He did express appreciation, saying "it's the thought that counts," and made the best of it as to not make me feel any worse than I already did. He was also surprised that I would have chosen AC/DC knowing he does not like that band. Overall, the service did not match what is advertised or what we were told would be accommodated. Their customer service was disappointing. They could not see my side at all. I paid 200$ and gave a 25$ tip (and had an extra 20$ cash in my pocket I was ready to give the performer expecting that the website's depiction is what you get). I would have preferred to leave a positive review. Instead, I was left feeling that the experience did not meet expectations and that my concerns were not taken seriously.

Let me tell you what this company did for me tonight...My daughters 25th birthday was on 6/8 and spur of the moment her best friend and BF came by for dinner. The idea came to me at 8PM to try my luck to book a singing telegram for tonight while her friends were here. I didn't think I had a chance but they came through for me big time and at 9:30PM my doorbell rang! What an amazing company this is!! Patrick was the entertainer! He sang 3 songs and gave my daughter a balloon and her favorite chocolates. He's the nicest guy and sang beautifully! I can't thank you enough Rockstar! You helped make my daughters birthday a really special one!!
