I don't even know where to begin other than the other 2 reviews must be friends because David is unprofessional and has the least interest in serving customers after HE GETS PAID and his service goes to shit. Long story short... unfortunately, my boyfriend hired this company. Unbeknownst to us, the guy who came was an employee of his (Joey) but wasn't doing the job under his company but wore the shirt (so this was what was told to us when things started going wrong but how were we to know this????) Was sold cheap cameras and a terrible dvr camera system that is not user friendly what so ever... The camera system never worked outside the house. Example: if I was out to dinner and wanted to check the cameras, they wouldn't work. Only if we were in the house from the app. Then the cameras stopped working all together after a few months. David came out after Joey (the no longer employee who originally did the work) which I had to call and reconfirm of his showing up because he is careless and uninterested in keeping appointments for past customers. Cameras worked for about another 2-3 months, then once again, guess what ?! The cameras stopped working ! Oh, the best part is that that "new" dvr we had installed lasted about 7-8 months total. It somehow fried.. hm probably not even a new dvr to start with ... my boyfriend had tried reaching out to him a few times and gets nowhere. I call David and text him and he says oh my boyfriend and him could never get a time together. Oh really ?! Because I WORK FROM HOME and have told him this so his sorry excuses are BS. To this day he never responded as he said he needed the money upfront to go buy a new dvr to replace our fried one. I sent him texts as to where I needed to send money to him for a new dvr - meet him or even Venmo. He doesn't want to work after 5-6p and definitely not on the weekends. Thank g-d I never sent him money for the new dvr bc he probably would've just kept it as he's unreliable and shouldn't own a business if you ask me. And why would I need front the money for a company to come replace a damage product you sold and installed ?!?!?! If I could rate negative stars I would. Seriously terrible business owner and doesn't back their own service/products/employees. Not our fault that his employee was sketch and decided to do what he did but as an owner of a company he should've made it right. And he didn't.
