3rd trip to our Refrigerator and worse than started. We did routine water filter change with GE filter and no water entered filter. No ice or water. Halls came out a couple months ago said wr didn't buy G E filter even though he wad holding it in his hand. Tech left I also spoke to a nice lady, and they both told me they were sure their water will work. Weeks latet NO it didn't. Next it was off to order a mothet board. Now 2 months later a tech brings a water line that we could have gotten at Amazon or hardware store. Nope again. He left saying all the jobs run together is why he has no idea what is needed. Where to begin?! Hall's "services" the appliances in the apartment I leased in Little River this past December. Washer in apartment at time was awesome; stackable unit but large tub without agitator. Dryer was another story altogether! They started "repairing" this combination unit in February; replaced both with used appliances & they're still trying to get the issues resolved. There was nothing wrong with the washer but they replaced that as well because they couldn't locate a replacement dryer that would fit with that particular washing machine. How's that for skill?! After all this time & numerous repeat service appointments I have to question the knowledge & skill level of the technicians; who are pleasant but messy (see attached photos of grease covering unit knobs) & their arrival times are impossible to pin down (am appointment anywhere from 9-1 pm & pm appointment anywhere from 1-5 pm) so encompasses extremely vast time frame window. Their office receptionist, Barbara, should be sent back to the kennel. It's the only place someone with her disposition should be allowed! Bottom line, it's now the end of June & my washer & dryer still don't work & unfortunately Hall's Appliance is the company consistently utilized & called by Thomas Annual Rentals to "repair" the appliances in my apartment...Things are already dirty; guess they need to become litigious in order to achieve resolution! read more

DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR COMPANY!!!!!! We used them to repair our 3 year old Whirlpool refrigerator which needless to say they did not repair. The story is too long to go into but bottom line is we had to call another appliance repair company to repair our refrigerator and to repair what they had done to our refrigerator. The new company had our refrigerator repaired even with ordering parts in two days. The adventures with Hall's went on for almost a month and a half with no repaired refrigerator! read more

They sell broken garbage appliances. We wanted to support a small business and save some money so we gave them a shot. Great that they send someone to repair the broken appliance they sold you over and over and over the first 90 days or even replace it, but they drag their feet calling you back to set up a service date. I went days to over a week without hearing back from them and had to call to follow up. Very unorganized. I don't recommend them. read more

Worst service I have ever encountered out of any company or privately owned business. 3 weeks ago they came to my house, the technician had to call the main office cuz he didn't know how to open up the door when the lock on the washer would not release. 3 weeks ago they ordered a part as of today the 29th of October they still didn't have the part nor did they follow up to get the part. They said that they were going to contact the distributor well what distributor does not have a Whirlpool part. They were supposed to call me back by the end of the day, they did not, so my business is going elsewhere I recommend everyone out there that looks this review to take your business elsewhere absolutely horrible, Trainwreck business read more

repairmen are polite but... repairs on a refrigerator in our rental property turned into a three ring circus as they didn't call us upon their first visit and therefore missed the main problem we needed them to fix. Had to schedule another visit... then wait for parts... then wait for them to fit us in again. Gave specific instructions for them to call me when they were en route to the property so I could meet them there....they failed to do so every time. We have purchased used appliances from them in the past, really should have learned our lesson by now. Definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

I called this company to see if they could assist me with a repair, they told me no problem so I brought the unit in. I called each week to check on the status only to get another excuse. They have more excuses than a child. After 3.5weeks and several phone calls nothing. I'm telling you this is by far the worst thing I have ever seen in a business. Our washer stopped working twice within a month of having it. Each time they were super great about getting out to ya to fix it. However, their customer service over the phone is terrible. I don't know how many times I had to tell them my phone number to call me instead of my husband since he was at work. Amazing response time and service but they need to be a little more attentive to what the customer is saying and keep documentation so there is no confusion. read more

Worst place. These people sold me a washer and dryer that leaves black stains on all my light colored laundry.... HUGE black streaks. It is awful. The bleach and fabric softener dispensers do not work either. I called them because I have a 3 month warranty and they sent someone out who spent 15-20 minutes looking at it and said it was fixed. The next time I washed whites---- there was the big stains. SO, I called back angry because another load of laundry had been ruined. The man who answered the phone was clearly ignorant and did not know anything about customer service said that is would take them 4 days to send out a repair man!!!!! I got upset and explained that this was supposed to be fixed and I refused to wait that long. He proceeded to tell me how BUSY he was complained about his poor life has a washing machine repair man. He hung up on me. I called back and finally they are sending someone out to fix it the next day. We will see how this goes. I would not recommend these ignorant people for any business transaction. Our washer and dryer stopped working about 3-4 weeks ago. I called Hall's and they came out the next day. Cool. He said he would call me when he got back to the shop with a quote for the parts. Cool. Except he never called. I waited a couple days thinking he may be busy. When I called, he hadn't even ordered the parts yet. He said it would be a couple days when the parts arrive and he will call. A COUPLE WEEKS LATER, I called back, the receptionist found the invoice and said she would call me right back after she found the parts. 5 days later, never heard back. It's a good thing they don't take a service fee upfront. I've already called someone else to repair my washer and dryer. read more

Very fast, courtious service. Have used Hall many times for service calls to my rental property and have picked up parts for do it myself repairs. They are very helpful, friendly and very reasonably priced. I am so glad that they are so local to my house! read more
