I reached out to schedule him to return numerous times and left multiple voicemails with Susan and they did not have the decency to return my call. He repeatedly addressed my husband as "bud" and spoke to me in a similarly dismissive manner, referring to me as "lady." He ultimately instructed us to "take it up with Lowe's," showed no interest in resolving the issue, and ended the call by hanging up on me.
