Parts! I hired Fischer Appliance Repair back in mid September 2025 because my dryer needed new rollers. The technician "owner" came out and told me he had fully replaced them. Today, March 5, 2026, I had a second company come take a look, and they immediately pointed out that the rollers installed Fischer Appliance were used. I paid for a full replacement and was given old parts installed by the sketch owner, complete garbage! Do not trust this business. If you hire him, you'll just end up feeling scammed and disappointed. Save your money and go with an honest company. The reason I didn't bring Fletcher out because he was trying to charge me again doesn't stand behind their work! total thieves run this guy and his son that run this company. Hopefully they get shut down soon. In my other message you put the wrong date I verified it was September not November. This is the message I got from this guy after getting ripped off from him! Claimed he put a pack of rollers in there now all of a sudden it's something different. Paid $200 get "used rollers" put in and then refused to come out without charging a $80 fee to come fix his garbage work! Instead of taking care of the problem, I got a nasty text complete thief he showed me a package of rollers and installed them. I didn't realize they were used garbage rip off thief! Dear Mr. and Mrs. Fischer, I am writing to request a conversation regarding a recent service call completed under our Lowe's warranty for our dishwasher. Your son, Brad, was the technician assigned to our claim. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely concerning. Brad was disrespectful and unprofessional toward both my husband and me. He refused to address the issue with the dishwasher, specifically stating that unclogging the hose was not his responsibility and telling my husband it was a "you problem." He repeatedly addressed my husband as "bud" and spoke to me in a similarly dismissive manner, referring to me as "lady." He ultimately instructed us to "take it up with Lowe's," showed no interest in resolving the issue, and ended the call by hanging up on me. For clarity, the entire interaction was recorded on our home security system, and portions were also recorded on my son's phone. Brad was made aware of this and indicated he did not care. I believe it would be appropriate to review this incident with your son and ensure that customers are treated with professionalism and respect. read more

Display panel went out on Samsung stove. Brad the repair guy text to say he would arrive in 30 minutes on scheduled appointment day. Right on time, here comes Brad. Diagnosed problem, part ordered. Great father son team! Brad is very knowledgeable and I can tell he is a hard worker. Trust my review, book with Fischer for appliance repairs. This company is contracted by Assurant for Appliance Repair covered under a Service Contract. I had an issue with my Samsung Gas Stove with what appeared to be corrosion inside the Control Panel. After a months long run around with Assurant, they set up an appointment and sent out Fischer Appliance Repair. Two gentlemen show up, possibly a father / son team and inspect the stove. They decide they need to remove the Control Panel and spend the next 15 minutes prying, pulling and trying to muscle the control panel off. It's apparent they have no idea how to remove it. Finally they see how to lift and remove it and during the process they break the knob. It's two days before Thanksgiving, biggest food holiday of the year. They say they have to order the parts and won't be in until next week. When I object and say that's unacceptable the older gentlemen tells me "You better get on the phone then" What a joke. They obviously are not familiar with or experienced with Samsung Gas Stove repair and they don't care. Would never recommend them for anything. Stay away! read more

We had an intermittent problem with a Samsung washing machine and had a 5 year extended warranty through Lowe's. They sent out Fischer Appliance for the repair and they were here when they said that they would be. They were incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them for servicing appliances and I would certainly call them, the next time we have a problem. read more

Wish there was an option for zero stars because that's what they deserve. They were contracted out by Lowe's warranty department and came to fix my refrigerator. My refrigerator temperature is too warm and he tested it when he was here. He agreed that 44 degrees was not cold enough and said that since every part on the fridge had been replaced he would call the warranty company and let them know it still wasn't working. The next day I received an email stating the claim was closed because the service company stated the refrigerator was in good working condition. This company is absolutely awful!! They are nothing but a bunch of lazy liars not wanting to do their job. Steer clear of these idiots! read more

The. Techwho came out did a fine job at getting our 5 year old Bosch DW running again but it still has issues. He is coming back, since it isn't running through whole cycles or heating water or drying dishes or dispensing soap apparently. We did run it through a quick cycle while he was here and thought we had it but No Dice, Bad Finger! Trying again tomorrow. read more

Fisher was sent out by Assurant to look at my 3 year old gas stove. The technician was here for 5 minutes and told me all the parts that were needed and said he would get back to me later in the day. Two weeks later I contacted him and he said he was waiting on Assurant. Another week went by and I noticed the claim had been closed and still no response from Fischer Appliance. I contacted him again and he told me they decided it wasn't an issue with my stove?? First I needed parts and then I have no issue... Stay away from this company and Assurant in my opinion. read more
