Today, March 5, 2026, I had a second company come take a look, and they immediately pointed out that the rollers installed Fischer Appliance were used. I paid for a full replacement and was given old parts installed by the sketch owner, complete garbage! Do not trust this business. If you hire him, you'll just end up feeling scammed and disappointed. Save your money and go with an honest company. Your son, Brad, was the technician assigned to our claim. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely concerning. Brad was disrespectful and unprofessional toward both my husband and me. He refused to address the issue with the dishwasher, specifically stating that unclogging the hose was not his responsibility and telling my husband it was a "you problem." He repeatedly addressed my husband as "bud" and spoke to me in a similarly dismissive manner, referring to me as "lady." He ultimately instructed us to "take it up with Lowe's," showed no interest in resolving the issue, and ended the call by hanging up on me. For clarity, the entire interaction was recorded on our home security system, and portions were also recorded on my son's phone. Brad was made aware of this and indicated he did not care.
