He said he needed to leave to grab the part and would be back. Over 2 hours later I texted to see if he was coming back. He said he was on the way. About 15 min later he returned, made the repair in about another 15. He told me he went to grab lunch which is why he returned to late. You would think the customer would come first and get the repairs done especially since it was pretty easy rather than making me wait for over two hours for him to return. I guess his time and lunch was more important than my time. Other than that, he seemed to be nice.

He stated that a part would have to be located and I would receive a call in a few days . Well a week later and no call from PCW . I found the certified part online and replaced it myself . The oven is working great with no thanks to PCW . PCW took me for $450.00 and claimed they couldn't locate the part .
