He did go on to state that the drain line could be stopped up but couldn't do that because he was not a plumber. The drain line is part of the dishwasher so that was an indication that Eric didn't know what he was doing. He said to call a plumber because a part of the line was bad and he had never seen the part. The plumber thought that was comical because it was a standard line to Disposal adapter that was part of the dishwasher ($10 part). After calling Eric back, Eric was extremely unprofessional and rude because he had been exposed because he didn't know what he was doing. All he wanted to talk about was his 37 years of experience. The problem has been resolved by another company. It was a clogged drain line ($100 service call). Would not recommend these amateurs!

The owner, Gabriel, was quick to respond and arrived less than 24 hours later. Very professional. Explained the causes and fixes very well. Seemed to be trying to avoid replacing any (expensive) parts, if it could be avoided. Gabriel and trainee spent about 1.5 hours at house and charged very reasonably.
