I won't go into full detail about all the items because everything was amazinnnng and this would be too long a review. In addition to the tasting menu, we also got a fresh oyster and delicious bread with sheep's milk cheese to kick off the meal.. it was such a pleasant surprise. When the servers bring each dish and explain what everything is, you can really tell that so much thought goes into each dish in terms of how the chef pairs all the flavours and best ingredients. The tomatoes in the salad starter for example, was picked that same morning. Every dish had so many components too -- for my picture captions, I put what I could remember. The flavours in each dish was so elevated, we were all literally spooning out every last drop everytime LOL.
