I am writing a second review 4 months after i had Tek Ease perform a service on my personal…read morecomputer and I am so pleased with the work ,that today i am motivated to write another well deserved reveiw.i also wanted to remind the Denver community and abroad that this was a software install that Tek Ease had expedited on my personal computer. Let me start with this fact, I approached The owner of the company by phone and it was a last minute call on my part. The owner, who at the time was literally hours away from embarking on a family vacation that was highly anticipated and extremely important. Tek Ease made time for me and my personal computer. beyond that The computer and software has performed flawlessly. I have had not one issue at all and that to me is amazing. moreover I feel its important to mention that in the course of installing the software, I had a number of questions and all of my questions were addressed and I was provided the best advice and IT guidance. This has made such an impression I simply could not wait to do this review. This company and the owner have a true passion for there work and the knowing to back it up. The fact that they made time for me is further evidence of what a great company this is. I can say beyond a moral and intellectual certainty this is the best company in Denver by far. Regardless of a simple job or a large scale IT network, they have what it takes to make sure your TEK needs are met with EASE. I am proud to know I have a company that i can call that performs this caliber of service with the professionalism that is nothing shot of incredible. Thanks TEK EASE for everything and you have a life long customer. ROBERT BURZEE

However, I am going to discuss customer service and the lack thereof. First, getting someone on the phone these post-pandemic days is an obstacle at best. You have to go through the automated system and then on hold for what feels like an eternity. Earlier today I called to confirm that an item I was purchasing (need for a non-profit I am doing volunteer work with) was in stock and I could order it. I actually had 2 similar items I had him look up. The gentleman said they had 1 left of one item. The other they don't offer in stores and he thought it was weird that online still offered it. I had planned on curbside pickup while I was running errands. I thank him, we hang up and I put in the order. Then 2 minutes later (no joke) I receive an email stating the item isn't available. I'm like WHAT?!?! So I called back and spoke to a different gentleman and gave him the item number and sure enough, it is there. I explained the situation and he said that is weird. I should try again and he will bring it out to me. I said how about you fix your glitch in the system first? Now let me share this, I know banking rules and time frames. Even if it does get credited back to my account, it will take 2-3 business days. I said to the sales person 'you want me to purchase another one, using more funds and then wait for the refund you claim was already done but my bank doesn't show it yet?' I was irate. I will own it. FIX YOUR INVENTORY! IT SHOULD COMMUNICATE ACCURATELY WITH YOUR ONLINE STORE! As a business lady, this wasn't good business. I am glad there are other options in getting business supplies. They have had to downsize and the Glendale Office Depot closed down during the pandemic too.

They have always fixed my messes and have never once teased me about the limits to my knowledge. :-) I first found them on Parker Road near Havana, probably 14 years ago. Well, recently, I was in Colorado visiting my in-laws and wanted to check out this location in Denver. As a mechanical keyboard enthusiast, I was curious to see what Micro Center had in stock. I was quite impressed by the variety of keyboard brands they had, from Yunzii to MelGeek and more. From personal experience, these keyboard brands are not so easy to find at a brick-and-mortar store, so it was a delight to actually see them in person. I ended up purchasing a mechanical keyboard at a fair price. It'll be a long while until I visit Colorado again but when I do, I'll make sure to stop by this location and check out their updated stock!
