Onsite has consistently given great service over the years. I have recommended them to friends & relatives plus a good friend told me about them quite a few years ago read more

Another good experience. I needed to replace the battery of my laptop. I called first to see how busy they were. It took them one hour. Perfect!! read more

Onsite has consistently provided excellent experiences for me and my family/friends over the decades. I experienced it again this week. I dropped off an older/sluggish laptop. When I dropped it off James was pleasant, smiling, professional and I understood him. When Nick worked on it, he called me to explain (in plain English) what he found and what he suggested. The experience and the results were fantastic! read more

I was having a terrible time finding an actual person to talk to at HP. Jeremiah helped me and we found a telephone number I hadn't seen before. We called it and actually got a real person. She was able to resolve my issue. Then Jeremiah posted new wallpaper pictures for me. I will ask for him next time. read more

Beck was a nice guy who was very patient with a super lo tech client (me). He woke up my printer and got it talking to my wifi. When my next tech problem arises, which it will, I will be sure to call to have him back. Plus, he liked my painting of my kitty. read more

what can you say or think about a place specialized in computer repair? THEY ERASE ALL YOUR INFORMATION and they don't even take care or responsibility for the damage caused!!! Well, this happened to me at the beginning of this year. I trusted this place because I thought it was professional, but I found untrained personnel who make mistakes and nothing happens... This place was good but it isn't anymore, it's obsolete.... you have to be careful because INFORMATION IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AND HERE THEY DON'T CARE, THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO TO RECOVER IT... I really don't recommend it. There are other places that have support, insurance, and guarantees and are much more economical and professional. read more

After blowing through Geek Squad and Action, I came across Onsite Computing. I'm so happy how they've saved me so many times. The techs are extremely knowledgeable and Tracy, office manager, is so helpful. Next time you need computer help this is the place for you. Owner Scott, keeps it all running with a smile. Remote, in shop, or in-home - they'll get you up and running. Thanks to all of them for taking care of me for me at a much lower cost. read more

Great electronics recycling. Friendly, helpful, and free recycling. They said they do most of the recycling themselves.

A friend recommended Onsite several years ago and told me about the managed care program. Now I recommend them. They've never steered me wrong and always patiently answered all my questions, and I have had a ton of them! read more

This place was great when I went in, they were very friendly and hooked me up with a compaq monitor and a mouse for practically nothing. Before you go to Geek Squad or micro center, etc for computer repair... check this place out. They are very smart and knowledgeable. Very glad I found onsite consulting. read more

Onsite has consistently, and with great patience and efficiency, kept our computers going for at least 12 years. Saved our bacon! One of our computers lost about seven years of contacts in Outlook. We fiddled frustratingly for a day, found OnSite and though a remote diagnosis, were able to restore the contacts. Best service ever! read more

If I could, I'd give Scott and his crew 10 *s !! I have been working with Scott.., wow 25 years or so. I refer him to others and many times they already use him. He's simply the Best. He's quick, thorough, honest and Very Fair. He sends his customers up-dates about things they should be aware of. Provides advance notice of viruses that are lurking, informative classes he may be teaching, etc. The man is SMART Beast of all, he has remote service where he taps into your computer and you never have to leave your desk =) One more thing to add, is his staff.. you know he's a good person when he has the same staff working for him for Years.. 2 thumbs up =) Carole read more

As a computer novice, I have, for several years, depended on and appreciated Scott and his staff's guidance with patience in helping me with my computer challenges. At the Academy for Lifelong Learning, for many of us, he has helped de-mystify basic computer operations, with humor and grace, making our computer work more productive, effective and fun. Beyond that, I have found his assistance generous to clients with specific computer issues of privacy, security and the exponentially expanding capacity and capabilities of the industry. His interest though is not limited to individual issues for specific clients. Scott drives a concern for the whole community -- the future integrity of all those who use and depend on data-and graphic erived outcomes. read more

My elderly mother needed help because "the damned thing didn't work". I live in Montana, so I wasn't much help. I called On Site, they were great, courteous, fast, pick up and delivery, and very, very patient with my mom. They are great. read more

I've had the pleasure of having Onsite Consulting make my work and personal computer / software challenges much less challenging for over 5 years now. Whether your wanting to upgrade your computer, get cyber security, remove or clean out the viruses or even just talk and get computer / software advice they are amazing. It's a small shop with big skills. They remember who you are and speak to you like your a person as opposed to just a customer. I would highly recommend them. Below are the services I've directly sourced Onsite for: -Move data from km old computers to new -Upgrade hardware in desktop to make it faster -Remove viruses -Utilization of the ESET computer cyber security / monitoring service (highly recommend because it has reduced our yearly spend on virus removal and lost work time due to virus issues) -Repair to existing laptops and desktops (both at their location and also they cane to our office) -general education. Thanks Scott, Paul, Tracy, Robert and others! read more

When I can I take my computer to the shop, but I had a home visit recently which went well. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and thorough. Also, Tracy, the office manager is terrific. She probably doesn't get enough kudos because she's not a tech. Her professional manner, especially when she had to let only one customer into the small waiting area, was wonderful. I have been a customer for quite a few years and rely on this business. read more

The Staff at On Site is the best! They know what you need (after you tell them) and find you what your looking for, weather it's equipment or computer problems. Scott, the owner has been around for years, long before he opened his store front. I have referred many people and he never disappoints. Scott and his crew are my go to team! he's 1 on my 'favorites' in my phone =) read more

I received a referral to Onsite Consulting from another customer. I had an issue with my desktop computer-resolved in their office. Had issue with laptop. My outlook hacked. Had a great experience with Robert and Larry from Onsite. I'm an IT consultant and needed a major upgrade of my home business internet setup. Larry pulled new ethernet cable to hard wire different locations in my 1880's home and Robert ordered and configured new network equipment and extended wireless to cover difficult spots. Super happy with both these gentlemen - they are obviously skilled and are trustworthy and efficient. I'll be referring my own clients to Onsite in the future! read more

I have used Onsite Consulting (Scott Henke) for over 20 years. I have tried several others but Onsite is the absolute BEST there is. If they can't fix it ..... believe me no one can !! We have been both business and personal clients of Onsite Consulting for more than ten years, and it is hard to overstate the high level of confidence that we have in their expertise, professionalism, and level of personal service. The entire staff (and owner Scott Henke) is committed to a high level of service, and the most efficient approach to problem solving. We hang onto our computers for 5-7 years, and they have kept them (and us) productive for a very reasonable cost. We can't imagine getting help this good anywhere else. Buck and Nancy Mann read more

We have been using this company for many years. Scott Henke, the founder and owner, has been incredibly responsive, informative, and anxious to help with even the most minor of computer problems. I brought in my 5 year old Dell P.C. which was running on Windows 7 Home Premium because I was advised(as were all of Onsite's customers) to update to Windows 10 by the end of this year as 7 will no longer be supported. 6 hours later, the update was done and I was quickly up and running with no hitches whatsoever. They even provided an installer for our Epson Printer on the desktop because sometimes the printer didn't synch. with some customers after the upgrade, yet for us, the printer worked right away without even needing the installer. Everyone at Onsite is friendly, knowledgeable, and the prices are so very reasonable. Thank you again to Onsite Consulting, I never go anywhere else Mike S. Denver read more

No doubt, this is a stand up company. I was having issues with an external hard drive and was referred here by another tech company. I arrived with my problem external hard drive and met with the owner. He was very friendly and professional, and it was obviously he cares about his business of 30+ years. He took a quick look at the hard drive, and he was honest enough to show me it was a problem with my personal computer and not the hard drive. He could have easily charged me the full price I was prepared to pay for the hard drive repair, and I would have never known. Instead he was honest with me and sent me on my way, free of charge. Because of this, I am now confident I found an honest, well run computer repair business with an owner who really cares about his customers. I will certainly return if I ever need to and I will be sure to recommend On Site Consulting to anyone I can. read more

Scott and his crew are as honest and straightforward as they can be about your computer and the need (or lack of need!) for repairs. He's worked on lots of our machines, but about a year ago my laptop was shutting down randomly. It seemed like it was too hot, so I took it in to have the fan replaced. They did replace it at my request, but warned me that the motherboard might be getting ready to give up the ghost. I'm pleased to say the new fan fixed the problem, but the best part is that when they tell you "you need a new computer," it's NOT because they want to sell you one. Instead, they give you tips about what to buy and send you to a retailer. Their classes are amazing, too, including how-to classes on iPads and so forth that they don't sell but they know their customers need to learn about. Love Onsite Consulting! read more

When Windows latest update "didn't go as planned," Paul went above and beyond to get things back on track. He explained everything in layman's terms, and kept me updated throughout the process. Paul is like all the other Onsite staff-members that Scott brings on: they know what they're doing. They do it well. They don't waste your time. They always provide exceptional value for the cost of their service. No one else will touch my computer. read more

Do not know how to edit the review I wrote on 6/18 for Onsite Consulting so am writing this additional review. The owner saw my original review and contacted me and voided the fee of $67.50 and suggested since I was having a problem with the hotspot on my cell phone and my computer connecting to that hotspot and they were unable to help me that I should contact my service provider. read more

Reasonably priced, quick service and knowledgeable staff. I would return for my computer repair needs.

I have looked to Onsite Consulting for several years of help when needed. When my HP workstation crashed, I asked them what to do and they built me the fastest computer I could have ever imagined. They build exactly what I needed and wanted. Their prices are quite reasonable. They have a terrific staff and I recommend them without any reservations. I have sent several friends there and all give me great reports back. read more

Went here today to have them look at my hard drive as It lost power while I was working. They looked at immediately and it turned out to be a very minor issue. I was so afraid I'd have to leave it and go into the office to work. With Covid 19 it wasn't going to be something I wanted to do. I was out of there within 15 minutes! I'm so impressed with the professionalism and friendliness I experienced. If I ever have any concerns in the future, they'll be the place I go. Can't say enough about how grateful I am! read more

I started using Scott when he was consulting while still a Junior High teacher. I have seen the business grow from working out of his home to it's present size. I started with PCs which i used for work and now that I am retired have all Apple products in our home. They have bailed us out many times when we thought we had a much bigger problem than they found. I have always had prompt and courteous service. For a while we had to have them come out to our house to help with networking, etc. Now it seems more likely they can remote in and deal with our issues. Everyone is someone you would like to work with at Onsite. I have never been disappointed by their service. My most recent larger service was to have the hard drive in my 7 year old IMac replaced with a solid state drive. It is like a new computer and only cost $200. No data was lost and I was up and running as soon as I got home. For a while the Apple store was very helpful with problems but they have gone in a different direction so I am happily back with Onsite for all my issues. Apple really doesn't want to bother with individual help. If I had to go back to a PC I would have them do everything including the security issues! read more

They provide excellent customer service and very reasonable rates. I highly recommend this place!

I encountered a problem with my laptop today due to an issue with a temporary profile created as a result of a Microsoft update. The issue blocked my ability to access any of my files and folders. I stopped in to onsite to drop off my laptop and a tech named Robert helped me. He took a couple minutes to diagnose the problem, made a couple adjustments and rebooted the laptop twice. Much to my surprise, he was able to restore my laptop and getting running in just a few minutes. When I asked about the charges, he simply said "no charge" which surprised me because I was a new customer and they did not owe me anything. Returning tomorrow to drop off my wife's computer for a tune up. read more

I have used Scott and crew for a number of years, for everything from laptops to desktops to iCloud problems. The entire staff is always, always helpful, patient and very eager to go above and beyond. This time around, I was having issues which didn't get resolved with our first remote session. Robert worked with me AFTER HOURS to make sure everything was fixed, as he knew he was fully booked the following day. WHAT??? Who does that these days? Robert is fantastic, btw, and is patient and thorough, very easy to work with, and helps teach/educate us non-techies a little bit along the way, too. Cannot recommend them highly enough, and I'm a customer for life--especially after this last experience. Exceptional company. read more

A neighbor recommended Onsite Consulting when they heard I was worried I had just lost everything on my MacBook Pro. We had called the Apple store and was told there was an eight day wait before we could get in for an appointment. After a call to Onsite we had an appointment that same day, took my computer in and it was fixed and all info was saved. We picked it up the next day! My computer was cleaned up and worked much better than ever. Onsite Consulting was professional, efficient, courteous, very reasonably priced and a life saver! read more
