I enjoy how organized and easy books are to find here. The employees were also super nice and engaging and made sure we found everything we needed!

If I had the time to post a review on each HPB store I've went to I would. I enjoy HPB, they are so affordable when it comes to books & they have a big variety sometimes I feel like I'm in there for hours at a time (wait I am there for hours at a time). I usually go in there for a self-help book or fitness & I always seem to find more than what I'm looking for. When it comes to books I would definitely recommend this place.

I love this place. i come here for magazines and Cd's. i usually get the cheapest I can find. Usually .50 cents each They have so much stuff. calenders, Cd's, DVDs,records, cookbooks, books(fiction, nonfiction, romance, and even children's books.) They even have Rare books that have been signed by the author of some books.

If you're in the mood for a new book, you'd be hard pressed to find a better bargain.

Before yesterday , I would have left a 1 star review. This location was full of women who acted…read morelike they didn't wanna be there. They barely looked through the clothes and they had horrible attitudes. I stopped going there for a long time. But decided to give him another chance , and I am so glad that I did. Tonight I had an amazing experience with brianna. She greeted me as soon as I came in.And she was so friendly and helpful, and\nWas very caring when I told her about my dad who's sick with cancer. She and one other girl went through my clothes very fast and efficiently while still taking care of everything that needed to be done in the store and had an offer for me within minutes that I was satisfied with. I'm not sure if brianna is a manager , but she definitely needs to be. She is very professional, sweet. And I look forward to visiting her again, and I'm also very grateful that she was able to fix the way I felt about that location, because I really do like the things that they have in that store. I just did not like the attitudes , and it seems like they have weeded out all the problems. Breonna , if you see this , thank you so much for everything!!!

I heard that this place pays for items you want to sell with cash. Probably, if you were doing a…read moreconsignment, you'd get more for your items, but if quick cash is your thing, I'd try it out just to understand the process. I finally made the time to drop off a few of my X's gifts that I wanted out of my house. A name brand purse was involved. Besides some name brand perfume and a dress from Shein, the experiment was small. I was expecting at least $50 for the haul, but haha - $18 was my takeaway. I at least have to applaud them processing the haul prior to the estimated time. I was in the parking lot managing my next stop when I received a text that my offer was ready. I was told the offer is computerized and not left up to the store members. I really didn't care - it was a gift that I didn't want in my house anymore, so the $18 was more than I was getting with it collecting dust. You may say just donate it, but clothing accessory donations have not yielded me any tax breaks over the years, so I gladly took my 18 bucks and will buy groceries for the church food bank. Additionally, the Shein dress (that by the way had never been worn and had the tags on it) as well as barely used perfume was not accepted items. They offered to donate the dress to Goodwill, and I gave the perfume to the young lady who was working the hauls. Again, I didn't want the items in my house anymore, so my goal was accomplished. Now, if it had been my own stuff I paid money for, I probably would have taken those items back and found someone to buy them or put them under consignment. However, since it was no cost to me, the experiment was just okay for me. I know they'll make way more than $18 off that name brand purse, but that's the trade-off for same day cash back for selling items. Overall, I'm sure this is a great resource for people who need cash right away, but I'm never in that kind of bind to just give my stuff away, which you are almost doing at Plato's. As far as the selection of clothes to buy, I didn't check. It was way too crowded for my taste with bunches of racks. Since I'm not a shopper most days, I wasn't moved to look either. Maybe one day soon, I'll choose to do so and give an overall review of this place, but for now, you have insight on being a seller at Plato's in case you're interested.

I like the way they combine the drive-through and in-store line (meaning alternate who they are…read moreserving), when they have less workers. The drive through employees are nice and the pharmacists seem to really care. I have only had slow people a few times and it is not because they are goofing off. It is because they have to do a lot behind the scenes for some medications.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Greta Adams, a practitioner at…read moreMinuteClinic. I scheduled my daughter's appointment four days in advance for 2:30 PM. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we were not seen until 4:15 PM--an exact wait time of 1 hour and 45 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. To add to the frustration, another patient in the waiting room had a 3:10 PM appointment and was also still waiting to be seen. During this time, Greta spent approximately 40 minutes laughing and chatting with another patient while multiple patients remained in the waiting area. When I respectfully addressed the excessive wait time, I was met with a nasty and dismissive attitude rather than professionalism or an explanation. What made the situation even more frustrating was that, after the patient before me left, it appeared that my daughter and I were next in the queue. However, Greta attempted to call another patient ahead of us and stated that someone else was before us, despite the check-in screen indicating otherwise. The individual she referenced appeared last in the queue and was not even present at the time. My preteen daughter was there for a physical--the same type of physical I brought her to this location for last year. I was then told that the protocol had changed and that Greta could not complete my daughter's physical without a specific school form being completely filled out. The practitioner who completed my daughter's physical last year did not require this form, so this was frustrating and unexpected. Throughout our interaction, Greta also repeatedly vented to both me and my preteen daughter about working alone on a Saturday and not receiving a lunch break. While I understand that staffing challenges and working conditions can be difficult, it is inappropriate to place those frustrations on patients, especially in front of a child. Those concerns should be addressed with management--not repeatedly discussed with patients who are simply there to receive care. I understand that healthcare professionals can have busy and stressful days, and I am sympathetic to being short-staffed. However, patients should still be treated with courtesy, honesty, professionalism, and respect. More importantly, MinuteClinic's appointment scheduling and patient queue process need to be seriously reviewed. If patients can schedule appointments days in advance and still wait nearly two hours to be seen, while the order of patients being called does not appear to match the queue displayed on the screen, there is clearly an issue that needs to be addressed. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional experience. I hope MinuteClinic management takes this complaint seriously and reviews both the conduct displayed during this visit and the appointment/check-in process at this location.
