Thank you Efficient plumbing yet again for your service and timely installation. When we called my husband scheduled the plumbers Steve and Hector to come out the following day. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

I spoke with Cameron of C & C Plumbing to discuss the matter and hired them. They installed a quality pressure regulator, and it made an immediate, noticeable difference. Our appliances are happier, the knocking sounds that used to happen whenever the irrigation system turned on are completely gone, and our house pressure is finally back to normal. They showed up on time, quoted a very fair price, and were clearly knowledgeable about which quality parts to use. The clamping equipment and materials they installed are top-notch--built to last and give us years of worry-free service. It's obvious they take pride in using the best rather than cutting corners. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work. They were professional and reliable. We scheduled a follow up visit and they installed a Moen Flo unit as well that will give us further piece of mind. Eric called me back shortly after leaving a message. Super impressed bc he asked if I was able to reset the garbage disposal and explained to me the Allen wrench trick to see if I could get the disposal working. He was very patient in guiding me on what to do. Sadly, both tricks didn't work and we needed a new disposal. He gave me a prelim quote for all 3 jobs and it was a fair price. After completing, he showed me how he tested for leaks after doing the repairs -- and all were leak free! Highly recommend him for great service, communication and price - and he cleaned up the areas afterwards!

It worked for a few months, and then it was clogged again. I called Sewer Nation for help this time. Eric inspected everything inside out with his camera first and found out the problem was much further out. He hydro jetted the whole line and cleaned out the oil built up from the last 10+ years, now it's perfect. Then Eric came back to install a new toilet for us. Initially we thought it was a quick and easy job, then it turned into a 7-hour project. As soon as Eric removed the toilet, we found roots were growing all round the ground outgoing hole. Eric put in the camera and found out the roots have been growing all the way to the sewer access outside! And the sewer access opening was broken as well. Erci cleaned out everything with a special cutter to cut all the internal roots and hydro jetted them out, then replaced the outside sewer access opening as well. Eric is professional, friendly, and totally trustworthy with no hidden fees or upsells. Highly recommend!!!

I've had two separate plumbing issues over the last month. BMP was incredibly responsive (phone calls, email, text) and was able to send a tech to my house within 24 hours. Juan was the tech for each service appointment; he was very professional, kind, and experienced. Juan was able to diagnose the plumbing/pipe issues and provide solutions. During one service call, Juan didn't have all the necessary fixtures & piping to fix the issue. He made a call, and another tech brought the necessary fixtures to my home. Juan finished the job from there. Perhaps most importantly, there were no 'extra add-ons' that were pushed on me. BMP's pricing was reasonable and fair. I would give BMP 6 stars if I could!
