First experience with this garage was a few years ago. They ripped me off. Second time, my jeep died and was towed to them. I had an incredible experience with Haley Dodge yesterday. I got off the ferry and my warning light was lit up on my dash saying my tire pressure was not right. Not right was an understatement. PSI was suppose to be 45 and it was 14! I was STUCK in Gibson's on my way to Pender Harbour! I stopped in at the first place I could think of and the Service manager was so so helpful. He and the technician emptied my loaded to the brim rear hatch to access the spare tire. Luckily it was a full size spare. They proceeded to jack it up and install the spare tire perfectly and efficiently. When I asked what I owed the service manager just smiled and said NOTHING! I couldn't believe it. Very very much appreciated the kind gesture. Also I have to add that my SUV is a Range Rover so not even one of their cars!!!!!!!!Thank you again!!!!!! read more

My husband and I cash purchased a used 2012 Compass in November of 2017. Within a couple of days (with the windows closed), the Compass smelled so horrible (a combination of cigarette smoke, bleach and Spray Nine) that we were unable to breathe normally in the vehicle with the windows closed. We immediately brought this to the manager's attention and he admitted that they tried to cover up the horrible stench. Feeling frustrated from the used vehicle experience, we were offered to trade-in the Compass and decided on a BRAND NEW 2017 Cherokee. Within a couple days of rain the whole interior was completely drenched and undrivable due to defective/broken window seals. Once again we immediately contacted the manager and he agreed (with much hesitation) that they would replace the vehicle. A few months later, we contacted Haley Dodge as we were interested in upgrading our Cherokee. When I spoke to the new manager Jordan, and attempted to brief him about our two prior vehicle purchase experiences, he was dismissive and argumentative. His horrible attitude along with the two prior defective vehicles convinced us to take our money and our business elsewhere. I had my 1992 Grand Caravan in for a alternator replacement. I do know that these are challenge to get out and put in and the service advisor did get the job done. However, the vehicle which is a rv conversion has an battery isolater which is attached to the firewall behind the alternator. I drove back to Vancouver and noticed a vibration from the passenger side. I believed it was the audio system as it was coming from that area and there no vibration when I was stopped. The next day when I went to check my fluids I saw that the battery isolater was just hanging down. I called Haley Chrysler and was told that the service advisor had noticed the isolater hanging down. Why was I not told of this when I picked up the vehicle? I had an appointment with my regular mechanic who I have been taking vehicles to for the last 30 years and he was shocked that I was given the vehicle without this being rectified. The isolater was dangerously close to the alternator and could have caused an engine fire. He mentioned that it was probably knocked loose when the alternator was replaced. My mechanic not only secured the isolater but also placed a rubber gasket over the "hot lead". I emailed Haley Chrysler last week asking for a phone call to talk about this and received zero response. Not impressed with your customer service. read more
