    I took had my Ford flex brought to south coast ford in January where it sat for 2 weeks and nothing…read morewas fixed. The mechanics did not dueThe mechanics did not used due-diligence, and check alternator when the car arrived the car battery was completely dead which Ford told me. The car was hectic diagnostic machines and nothing more. I received my car back with charged $191 for nothing because nothing was fixed fast forward to March when my mom took the car up north, they died again the exact same thing happened. Battery was completely dead went to the shop. It had a fuel pump module replaced, which apparently often go on these types of cars. I start driving home fromn new Hazelton. I make it as far as Williams lake, and it says. Check charging system and then the light goes off. I carry on down the Highway 97. I turned onto Highway 99 the light comes on again, and my car power completely shuts off as I'm driving. I have no power whatsoever no power steering no ID look like like brakes, no lights, no hazard lights nothing I can't even open my windows or doors. I am travelling alone. Ford failed me as a customer. I'm not checking these things back in January. I will never bring my vehicle to South Coast Fortt services ever again I could've died. And I like my $191 back to.

    On May 23, 2025 I purchased a 2021 Kia Soul LX from Harris Oceanside…read more Dealers and salespersons are required to disclose the prior use of a vehicle including previous use as a taxi, emergency, rental or lease vehicle. Harris failed to disclose the Kia was previously a rental car. I reported Harris Oceanside to the Vehicle Authority of British Columbia on July 7, 2025 after Harris and I were not able to arrive at an mutually agreeable resolution. On September 09, 2025 the VSA determined that Oceanside failed to declare that the Kia had previously been a rental car. The VSA ruling: Based on the VSA investigation, the information and evidence, I have determined the following regarding your complaint: The purchase agreement did not indicate that the vehicle had previously been a rental car - Substantiated: The evidence demonstrates that Oceanside failed to declare that the Kia had previously been a rental car on the Purchase Agreement. Any potential resolutions are between you and Oceanside as the VSA cannot compel a Motor Dealer to do anything or respond in one way or another with regards to a specific consumer transaction. If a resolution cannot be reached betwee you and Oceanside, you have the option of seeking legal advice or civil action. This is definitely the worse car buying experience I have ever had!

The mechanic admitted this and the person working at the service desk knew this as well. However they would not give me a credit for not doing the work. Now wondering if they even changed my oil?
