We were on the first floor. We could hear everything that was going on in the hall, including the calls the front desk received. We could also hear the people upstairs walking but it wasn't terrible. We were able to fall asleep without any issues. I did hear one call where someone was asking about something they left...they found the person's ring. That's always great when you leave things behind and the hotel actually gets it back to you.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the towels and bedding are fluffy and clean. After checkout and 500 miles away, I realized I had left an expensive item in my room and called the front desk. My item had already been located and put safely behind the desk and one of my family members was already on his way to pick it up for me!
