Manager was attentive and was more than accommodating when we decided we wanted to stay in the additional day, and of course, that day was a holiday so, even though the office was closed, she dressed initiative to put her money in the box. The sites have concrete slabs and level ground. the neighboring sites are spaced apart enough to feel you can talk normally and not have the neighbors hear you. Came back thru the end of Sept and was assigned the same site. ( site 26 but all sites in the area probably have the same problem). They had done nothing to fix the issue. This time our A/C would not work. Others around us were running but no surge protector. We didn't want to plug in without ours. The guys finally came and tried several things but could not fix. And they didn't have any other sites so at 7 pm we had to find another place for the night. Got our $ back but had to find new place after very long drive day.

The management was friendly and assured me that all were welcome and speaking Latin was not a requirement. The sites are flat, with new water, electrical, and sewer hook-ups. This is a great place for a stop-over. There are no common bathroom or shower facilities but you can't beat the price. Maybe some would like more trees and shade; I thought it was great -- De gustibus non est disputantum !
