The bad side to their overnight parking are the incline pull through sites. Many will clear, but it wasn't in our favor. Our travel trailer rides low and our sewer lines nearly ripped apart. These inclines are easily cleared when entering at an angle, but there wasn't much clearance to do so on some sites. They agreed to move us to an adjacent site we were able to clear. We managed to clear site 81 easily, but 80 required a spotter. I just wish they would've kept us at 81 on both visits given they knew we we would return in a week. We requested this and they seem to not care at all. If you are in this situation with no alternative site to move in, I suggest backing in at the other end. You will get better clearance that way. It's quiet here so that's a plus. They keep things maintained. Most rigs have plenty of clearance. It just happens we don't fall into that category.

Now, don't get me wrong. This place is quiet despite being mostly line workers, and it's clean (but very dated) but it has very few amenities and is pretty close to a glorified parking lot. The cable is terrible and the WiFi is nonexistent. There is no okay area for kids and very little grass anywhere. The laundry is VERY old and there are few machine. The bathrooms appeared clean but we don't really use them. The woman in the front office can help you with absolutely nothing so don't bother asking her for anything....not exactly sure what her purpose is but she is nice. My BIGGEST issue with this place is the DOG POOP. It everywhere and it's disgusting. Huge piles just everywhere. Their sad little dog play area is full of it, the whole park is full of it. I went to clean up after my dog once and accidentally picked up the wrong little pile of that gives you an idea. It is gross to say the least. It's also right on the main road and not one of these guys pays attention to any kind of speed limit so it's not safe for kids or dogs. If you're driving through and need a quick stop it's fine.

I didn't make a big deal if it so we were given breakfast vouchers for our trouble. This seemed generous until we saw we were charged an $18 mysterious fee. The room was adequate, unlike any other actual 4 star hotel I've stayed in. Unfortunately, about a hour after checking out, I realized I forgot my pillow and quilt at the hotel. I called as soon as I realized it to ask how much I owed for them to ship the items to me. Long story short, I was given the run around for 6 days. Every time I called, I was transferred to multiple people and typically to a ringing line that no one ever answered, I spoke to 9 different people, I left a message with housekeeping, I left my number twice with 2 different people, and I submitted an online request for someone to call me; only to finally be told my items were nowhere to be found. Essentially, they were thrown away and I was given the run around for almost a week. I cannot imagine if I had forgotten items that were of value to anyone else but me. Lackluster room. Inadequate parking. Abysmal customer service. This is not a 4 star hotel.

He quickly replies to texts or calls to residents, and is overall helpful and kind. If I hadn't purchased a home, I'd easily still be living there. The park has bathrooms (men's and women's with showers,) a laundry facility, and wifi. It's in a quiet area and residents keep to themselves.
