Came back thru the end of Sept and was assigned the same site. ( site 26 but all sites in the area probably have the same problem). They had done nothing to fix the issue. This time our A/C would not work. Others around us were running but no surge protector. We didn't want to plug in without ours. The guys finally came and tried several things but could not fix. And they didn't have any other sites so at 7 pm we had to find another place for the night. Got our $ back but had to find new place after very long drive day.

Got a time early Saturday afternoon 4/22/17. We got there a bit late, since my teenage daughter and friend asked if I could drop them off at the movies, we live in Plainview. They were very understanding. The owners son was there to get us going. They have 4 cages and can have use of a manual fed pitching machine, no extra! We had 3 boys and they charged just $15 for an hour. Hope I don't get anyone in trouble, cause that seems cheap. Since there wasn't anyone else at the time, they were nice enough to let the 2 who weren't hitting off the machine to use a t-ball stand in the next cage. It was very well kept, clean and organized. However, I can say that Rock Solid is about as good as they come. We've had our daughter at a couple different gyms and so far this one is the best. She is 4 -- (so far) she doesn't want to be competitive or pressured to do riskier things, and this is largely why we like Rock Solid because while they are very competitive in some of the programs, they also let the kids have fun. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with the little ones. You get a sense that they actually enjoy the time they spend with the kids and that is worth alot. Unlike other gyms in Lubbock, the entire building is air conditioned so parents and kiddos can enjoy the time more comfortably. The only thing I don't like about RS is that the sight lines are the greatest. Because of the way the building is oriented, it can be difficult to see everything your little one is doing. Since they rotate around, this is not a huge problem but something that can get on your nerves.
