We have stayed here for the past 4 years as we were passing through Lubbock. Very clean and well maintained. Centrally located.

Loved this RV Park! Very clean sites. Shade trees on most…read moresites. They have pull-thru or back-in available. The rec room has books, movies, and games. Showers are updated and one of the best I've seen in a long time. Laundry is available ($1.75-wash 75¢-dry). The pool is clean and perfect for a swim after a long day. Most sites don't have grills, but there are a few that do. They have grills you can use that are behind the main office and next to the pool. Airport is across the highway, but you cannot hear airplanes or highway noise inside your camper. Several long term campers, but they are super nice and always offer a smile and wave from their clean and well-kept sites. Karen, in the office, is super sweet and welcomed us as if we'd been there a million times. I would highly recommend and have placed it on my list of RV parks to use should I come back through Lubbock.

UPDATE: Management apologized for the stickers, and they are going to work on resolving the issues…read more Be aware of painful sticker burrs. The grassy areas at , and near our site (119) were covered in sticker burrs. We weren't aware, so when we arrived and took our dogs out, their paws were immediately covered in painful burrs, as were the bottoms of our shoes. For the rest of our one night stay, we carried the dogs to an area nearby without burrs. Management: it is so simple to treat for sticker burrs. Be aware that for overnight you will probably be in the area without any trees. Brutal heat without shade. No picnic table. Good: Large sites. Easy ingress/egress. Pleasant staff, easy check in.

We stayed here two months in our fifth wheel…read more I was told by the man who made our reservation that this was the "number two best RV Park in Lubbock"....now either he was full of it or the other RV Park is REALLY bad. Now, don't get me wrong. This place is quiet despite being mostly line workers, and it's clean (but very dated) but it has very few amenities and is pretty close to a glorified parking lot. The cable is terrible and the WiFi is nonexistent. There is no okay area for kids and very little grass anywhere. The laundry is VERY old and there are few machine. The bathrooms appeared clean but we don't really use them. The woman in the front office can help you with absolutely nothing so don't bother asking her for anything....not exactly sure what her purpose is but she is nice. My BIGGEST issue with this place is the DOG POOP. It everywhere and it's disgusting. Huge piles just everywhere. Their sad little dog play area is full of it, the whole park is full of it. I went to clean up after my dog once and accidentally picked up the wrong little pile of that gives you an idea. It is gross to say the least. It's also right on the main road and not one of these guys pays attention to any kind of speed limit so it's not safe for kids or dogs. If you're driving through and need a quick stop it's fine.

Never received a warning or anything it was straight eviction. Owner was very rude about it and never talked to me face to face it was all over text. We were good tenants that never gave any problems. Followed all rules and didn't even throw a fit when he busted out my back window of my car with a rock when he was mowing and also was throwing rocks up at my camper and the camper windows as well as my husbands truck but somehow only broke my car window. There isn't really any grass it is mostly gravel and sand. He also evicted 2 of our friends for having people over and said they were being loud but we stayed directly next to them and we never even heard them when we were inside of our camper. I personally think that he has something against younger couples or younger people because we have never had the amount of problems we had in any campground and we've stayed in multiple because we live full time in our RV. Instead of wasting ur money on shady lane stay at Hitching Post 10 minutes away and you will have a way better experience.
