They found the broken pipe caused by Due West Foundation crew and dug out all the tree roots that had invaded through the break. They checked every water source in the house with a guy in the giant hole to make sure every drain was connected and no longer leaking. We had been told to expect a 2 day job. They completed the job, refilled the HUGE hole and reconstructed the fence and gate in one day. We also ended up paying about $3k less than the big name plumbing company who bid on the job.
