Since it was a group visit, we ended up tasting almost everything on the menu--and every single item impressed us. We started with pani puri, which was fresh, tangy, and full of that classic street-food punch. The chili chicken was crispy and spicy with great flavor, while the hakka noodles were well seasoned and comforting. The jhol momos were rich and flavorful, and the steamed momos were juicy, soft, and perfectly cooked--simple and delicious. One of the biggest highlights was their new addition: Maggi. It was hands down the best--pure nostalgia in a bowl and exactly the kind of comfort food you crave. And for me, the clear winner was the loaded fries--crispy, generously topped, and absolutely addictive. I loved them and would happily go back just for those. Even though it's a food truck, it gives you the perfect feel of enjoying authentic snacks and momos, just like true street food should. The food was fresh, portions were generous, and service was quick and friendly. If you're craving authentic Himalayan flavors, comforting momos, and nostalgic snacks, Himalaya Momos is a must-try. Perfect for a quick lunch, office outing, or anytime street-food craving.

What a cute Vietnamese restaurant!!!…read more I love the beautiful outdoor seating amongst the greenery and lanterns with the Vietnamese clubbing music. Takes me back to Vietnam for a little bit. They have a simple menu but make everything well. I enjoyed the chicken wings with steamed rice. The wings were so good. A bit crunchy, very juicy, the sauce was sweet and savory. There was a ton of garlic and jalepeno. It was so delicious. And the steamed rice paired beautifully. The texture of the rice was so good. My partner had the chicken pho and shaking beef with garlic noodles. He enjoyed them both. He said the chicken was very tender and juicy. The noodles with the beef was his favorite. We both got pandan mung bean drink and fried bananas of course. The fried banana takes time to make, but worth the wait. It's so crunchy! Can't wait to come back to try the rice cakes next time.

Cute family run place out of a house on Wilbur. The fried bananas are indeed very crispy. I believe…read morethey triple fried each banana with their batter. The banana itself was not very sweet and you don't taste much of it. Mostly just taste that crunchy batter. Service was a bit slow both times I've been there and if there are one or two orders ahead of yours, be prepared to wait. Seems like only one person is preparing all the orders on two burners. They have other food that look delicious which I have yet to try. I would stop by again if I am in the area but this time, I would probably call in the order a head of time.
