It's a yes for me every time. Everything that I have eaten here is quite amazing. I tend to not eat a lot of rice, but I love this rice and I look forward to going back. Maybe this weekend again to get something a little different. They have a parsley salad and I really want to try that. It's great for gut health and other essential benefits. I loooooooove Halal Bros. My friend ordered a large takeout order from this new location in Round Rock. This was supposedly their first large group order. Portion sizes are generous, and the food is so flavourful. We got rice plates, and I ordered the gyro over rice, which is my favourite one. My friends enjoyed their falafel and chicken rice plates as well. The sauces are so spicy for me, but they are so good. Newly open, clean and YUMMY! Holy hell my tastebuds are jumping for JOY! Went to see my favorite eye doctor, shout out to dr Dennis at RR Vision, and was starving after my appointment. My original plan was to order Jimmy John's and take lunch to my kids at school but that plan was derailed when I saw the word Gyro. Came to Yelp to check out the reviews before I got selfish and ate lunch alone and lo and behold not one review yet. So of course I had to take one for the team right? Right! Walked in, there was an iPad saying order here but as I went to tap it I was welcomed and offered to order at the counter. Their menu seems pretty simple but being an awkward introvert I panicked and just said GYRO please. To go! (so I can eat in my car in your parking lot so I don't have to see or talk to anyone of course.) Okay I wasn't expecting much to be honest, with the way the menu was printed I felt like I was ordering from a trailer but this gyro let me tell you, top 3 gyros I've had in my life. I will say I like spicey stuff so if you do not you may want to ask for sauce on the side or no sauce. I don't know what's on here but it has a light spiciness to it. On the other hand if you love spice you may want more. So I'll be back, I want to do my research on the menu and try something else next time. There's a few Halal Bros around town, and this location is just as good and consistent as the others. The meats and sauces are super addicting and the quantity can feed me for multiple meals. The assortment of rice, meats, and greens makes a balanced meal and if only this place was closer, I'd be coming here all the time. This is my favorite halal restaurant! It's near my home, the food is consistently good and always hits the spot! I get the combination plate over rice with veggies white, red, and green sauce. The combination goes so well together with a side pita! I usually order on DoorDash for pickup because they have great deals. So once I arrive at the restaurant my food is always ready. Although I've never dined in the restaurant is clean, well lit and has plenty of seating. I would highly recommend as I dine here often! read more

Visiting from out of town and needed to get dinner for the family. My kids love Mediterranean food so we were excited when we found this place. Their prices are reasonable and their food was DELICIOUS! Food is cooked to order so it's hot and fresh so we didn't have a problem with the 15-20 min wait time for the kofta kebab. The place was also super clean and inviting. Great experience altogether and will definitely eat here again if ever in Round Rock in the future. read more

We love halal bros and never had a bad experience until this location. We ordered 4 plates and asked for extra sauce on the side. When we came to pick up we asked for more sauce and they handed 2. So we said we really love the sauce and can we have more and they gave us 1. Seriously?? If we had eaten there we could've gotten as much as we wanted. Anyway when we got home there was only those 3 sauce cups. They didn't even put in the extra one from the original order. The staff was off putting and rude. Now for the food. I would say food here is 99% consistent. But this time it was awful. The meat lacked seasoning and was soooooooo dry. I had to drink water with almost every bit to swallow it down. We tossed a lot of it. Management needs to fix this or customers beware and avoid this location!!! read more

Honestly, the worst customer service I have encountered in my adult life. I had questions so I went to the counter to order versus the 1 kiosk right in front of the counter. They also have one which is fixed to the wall by the bathroom hallway on the opposite side of the restaurant. I went to the counter and spoke with Milo. I specifically asked him if the combo of rice was beef Shawarma and chicken Shawarma mixed and he proceeded to tell me yes so I placed my order when I got my food. It was the incorrect order so I went up to the counter and told him after verifying that he did hear me and admitted that he was wrong and had served me the wrong food from what I asked per his answer. I didn't ask him if I could go ahead and pay for an add-on serving of beef Shawarma only and he refused and said I could order an entire meal and pay for it. I asked him the reason why and he told me that they didn't do just meat servings, and if he did it for me that he would have to do it for everybody, and when I explained to him that this was to make up for his error he says to me " everybody makes mistakes sometimes". I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was the highest employee on staff and nobody else spoke English. He said that he would call his manager, but then when I asked him to, he refused and said he'd give me their phone number wrote down a phone number without any name. And gave the piece of paper to me. I had to ask for his name and received only your first name and was told he only had first name and there's no email for the store or way I can contact other than going through the email or calling that number. Well the number does not work. I will be physically going up there daily until I speak with a manager because this is not OK. read more

I recently visited Hala Bros and had a disappointing experience with their customer service. I requested extra sauce with my meal, and they assured me they would provide it. However, when my order arrived, there was barely any extra sauce at all. It felt like they didn't take my request seriously.
