I will give 4 star for good service, ambiance, food And drinks but after charging 741$ for 2 people they separately charged 241$ but they refunded that amount after I filed nonsense. Food ambiance drinks was wonderful

We celebrated our anniversary here and couldnt had picked a better location. Extremely romantic and cozy- they have an extensive drink menu and the food was delicious. The service is a little intense and felt like we were rushed- all in all we will be back but im sure well find many places like this and even maybe for a better price.

We had a fantastic romantic dinner at Hakkasan. All of the dudes and drinks were not only well seasoned and executed but also beautifully presented. The vegan dim sum, silken tofu, and stir fried ribeye were particularly good stand outs. Service was good and the server was knowledgeable and able to offer great suggestions. Great vibes although it can get quite busy and noisy at times. We asked for a quieter table and they were kindly able to accommodate. Great place for a refined night out that isn't overly stuffy.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Beautiful settings and perfectly arranged table and service. The dishes are out of this world; have they got a Michelin star? They deserve all the accolade from the world. Alan Yau apparently sold the restaurants to the Qatari family, but the standard remains super high.

Fun spot to dress up and share a meal. The cocktails are great and so is the peking duck. Crispy beef was perfection and crispy... so crispy. Its loud but not crazy. Great for GNO

Absolutely loved our experience at Hakkasan. The food was delicious, the service was amazing and we really enjoyed the ambience. The supreme dim sum was incredible. Loved the variety of dim sums- super tasty. The black truffle roasted duck stole the show! Although pecking duck is popular, we decided to try this instead. It was the best! Just melts in your mouth. Can't wait to be back!

This is one of my regular restaurants along with Scott's, Nobu and Zuma. Always great for people watching, food also is amazing. My favorite is crispy duck salad. I usually don't eat duck but trust me, if you need to eat one dish from here, it should be this one. My second favorite is dim sum. We get vegetarian dim sum because my BF doesn't eat shellfish if it's up to me I'll get the non vegetarian one. Dim sum presentation very well and taste good as well. We always share couple of main dishes including sea bass, beef and vegetable. I would order all of them again. Must try in London. There was one in LA which wasn't as good and closed now for a while.

This was my first time at Hakkasan and it lived up to the hype. We went on a Saturday night and it was quite busy as expected. Definitely recommend booking a few days ahead. The restaurant is quite big with lovely interiors and an intimate ambience though it can get quite loud. The food was absolutely delicious! Being a fan of Chinese food, I've had many meals at several places across the world but will definitely keep coming back to Hakkasan. There were 3 of us and we ordered the following: - supreme dim sum platter: it was very well presented and there was a good balance of flavors. The chicken shumai with caviar was amazing! - Morel mushroom and vegetable spring rolls: tasty but nothing you wouldn't find at a good Chinese restaurant - Stir-fry Peking style duck: this was the best duck I've ever had and until yesterday I wasn't a fan of duck! If you don't eat duck then this might be the place to start at. - Stir-fry back pepper rib eye beef with Merlot: another absolutely delicious dish! - Hakka noodles: a dish most places take for granted but Hakkasan got it right. The cocktails were great as well! Overall an incredibly satisfying meal in every way.

This is one of those times where I wish Yelp offered half stars in their rating system. My experience at Hakkasan Mayfair was 3 1/2 stars. Hakkasan is a Michelin rated Chinese restaurant with a dark, intimate vibe. Definitely a dress up and show off your stuff type of place. Upon entering my co-worker and I were immediately greeted and escorted to our table. Even on a Tuesday night the place was packed. Our server came over and took our drink order first. I ordered one of their signature drinks, The Hakka, which had Belvedere vodka, Akashi-Tai sake, lychee, lime, coconut and passion fruit. It was excellent and flavorful but was disappointed to see my glass was only 2/3 full. That has always been a pet peeve of mine. Either use a smaller martini glass or fill it up. As for our dinner, most things are appetizer or small plate sized and meant to be shared. We asked for suggestions from our server but he didn't seem to interested and gave us a few quick suggestions. Luckily my co-worker has spent time in the Orient and is more familiar with Asian cuisine. She asked me to trust her judgement in ordering (she did great!). We shared: *Dim Sum Platter - 6 pieces of Dim Sum. scallop shumai, har gau, Chinese chive dumpling, duck and yam bean dumpling. Each type featured 2 pieces each so my co-worker and I were able to try one of each. Very tasty and each one had a unique but equally good flavor and texture. *XO scallops stuffed in zucchini with royal pumpkin sauce. Scallops were fresh but sauce was pretty bland. Not overly impressed. *Stir-fry Peking style duck with dried chilli, Szechuan pepper, baby leek and onion. Flavors were excellent. Not overly spicy but the right amount of kick to it. *Hakka noodles with shimeji mushroom, baby leek and salted turnip. Absolutely delicious! Flavors were perfect and amazing. During dinner I ordered a second cocktail and was again disappointed with a 2/3 full martini. I'm a drinker and have no problem spending good money on alcohol but don't skimp your customers. Our server came back and offered a dessert menu but we both declined. We weren't stuffed but satisfied. I'm still not sure what to think about the experience. The food was great even excellent but the wait staff seemed uninterested. The atmosphere at Hakkasan was hip, trendy and beautifully decorated. Seemed a little show offish and snobby though. Not exactly a welcoming atmosphere.

Disappointed. Service was ok and over priced. I have no idea why it's a Michelin one star restaurant.

Having been to most of the high-end hotel and bougie bars in London, my taste in bars has skyrocketed to an unhealthy extent. And, this bar still ticks off most of my boxes. The cocktails are some of the best you'll find this side of the Thames, which - considering the part of town you're in - is saying a lot. The seasonal menus never disappoint, and the ingredients and alcohol used are always top-notch. So, obviously, expect a higher price tag. Unfortunately, the menu since I was last here has changed, so there's no point telling you which ones I've tried; however, I can also vouch for their classics. Trust me, you won't run short of options here, so just tell the highly-qualified bartender what you like, and they'll hook you up. Bar snacks are also available, and they go hand-in-hand with the restaurant's offerings, which remain true to the Cantonese cuisine. The staff can be a bit cold/ socially awkward, but I wouldn't take that too personally. It is Mayfair, after all.

Thinking to myself, "How hard could it be to find mall-quality faux Chinese food?" I steered us to Kam Fung. She could get her kung pao chicken and I figured I'd find something. Hainanese chicken rice seemed like a good choice so I went with that. What arrived at our table made Panda Express look like a darn delicacy! I'd take fried fluorescent orange poultry over this any day of the week. My Hainanese chicken rice was goopy and unappetising and tasted worse than it looked. My friend fared slightly better with her order but not by much. I felt majorly ripped off paying the bill and still had hunger pangs as we left. To Kam Fung, I would not return.

It is unarguably the best Chinese take-away I've tried in London, though it loses out by a hair to some other places in the dine-in stakes. Their portions are HUGE which is reflected in slightly higher prices than a bog-standard Chinese, but you very much get what you pay for. Their duck is great, thai roast pork is amazing with a beautiful vinaigrette swimming with garlic and chilli. Crispy beef are incredibly moreish and the best I've ever had. Of all the years of having food at Kam Fung I didn't once have a duff dish, though as Joanne's friend (see review below) advised, that may be because I dodged the clichéd dishes. Stick with something other than the faux-Chinese BS that pervades every menu in this country and you'll do fine! Service is friendly, prices are very reasonable, food is excellent. Fully deserving of 5 stars as it does what it sets out to do excellently. It may not be the most refined restaurant, but within its field it is unquestionably the best.
