The obese employee bent over while wearing an inappropriate, unprofessional, low-cut V-neck top for everyone's viewing displeasure. The glasses always take a long time to finally arrive. Then when I receive the glasses, the frames are crooked and lens slightly cracked (others on Google Maps reviews have experienced this too). These glasses were not cheap. It says the warranty on frames is void if frames are crooked. Are Phoenix Optical employees making more profit by purposefully bending frames/damaging glasses, that they then "fix" for more money due to the void warranty? If the store is closed by more than an hour before closing time on weekdays, apparently store employees do this when they want to get groceries (paid to close early and run personal errands?). Phoenix Optical is very much not recommended.

The glasses are *gorgeous* from all over the world and not the usual styles that you see everywhere. They carry really beautiful, unique glasses with only the best craftsmanship. Very fashion forward. Paul and Pat are both really nice and helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all. I'm in love with several pairs of glasses and will definitely be back!

They always have a great selection in their fairly large showroom and are more than patient when it comes to selecting eyewear. I would highly trust their opinion in styling my eyes with either new frames or contact lenses. Dr. Marchand has been my optomitrist my whole life and while I usually feel uncomfortable around doctors and in clinical environments, etc. . .I have never felt uncomfortable during a trip to the eye doctor.
