The Teriyaki Chicken is only really super good if you ask for it extra crispy. The restaurant itself is super cozy with dark lighting and super comfy booths or a section with normal tables and chairs on the other side of the restaurant. Service is super nice and fast even when they're busy! They do their best for sure and if you ever have a problem with the food, they'll ask if you'd like for a replacement or refund!

Thankfully the service was incredible, swift as ever, the food came out hot, delicious, and we were on our way in 45 minutes. Regardless of the very busy restaurant they were still getting good food out rather quickly, and the staff was doing a great job keeping up with the flow. The price was great for the food we got, and the place was clean and tidy. Will def be back again!

The portion sizes were also surprisingly small for what they charge. The miso soup had a really funky taste that didn't seem right. The fried rice tasted burnt, which made it hard to enjoy. The only thing that stood out in a positive way was the steamed vegetables. I don't think I'll be coming back.

We ordered soup and a bunch of sushi rolls. It was really good. And the service was great. The prices weren't bad either. The sushi seating area with booths are up front and it's a pretty small spot. (Plus they have a sushi bar.) Most of the restaurant is dedicated to hibachi, and that seems to be where all the action is. As we ate on the sushi side, we could hear all kinds of laughing, singing, and food frying on the hot tables...birthdays & parties. It sounds like WAY more fun on the hibachi side! This isn't a chef run, fancy place. It's a chain. But for what they do, I feel they do a good job. Thanks, Osaka! -Maxx

The gal who took my ordrr was very kind and even ran back to the kitchen to find out how many pieces typically come in an order of vegetable tempura (it's generally 7 pieces, for the record). Ordered the Korean Bulgogi, the steak fried noodles, a zig zag roll, and vegetable tempura. Tempura was a decent variety of vegetables with a beautiful crunchy battered exterior, and the sauce really helped to wake up flavors. The bulgogi was OK, the negatives here were the sauce was extremely runny so you really couldn't make a lettuce wrap without a giant mess, and the beef was tough. The steak noodles were my favorite, but again, steak was overcooked and slightly tough. The biggest disappointment was the zigzag roll, it was flavorless and greasy. Keep in mind, there are other Osaka locations, and the menus all differ quite a bit. I don't know that I will return to this location, but I might try another location in the future to see if the experience is any better.
