When you walk into Yumi, you are surrounded by Japanese style; bamboo wall decor, natural wood accents and lovely artwork. When you sit down and order from the drink menu, you'll see drinks designed to reflect Japanese cuisine with ingredients such as sake, rice, green tea, and plum wine. (If you're a fan of Trails to Oishi, that ingredient spot-light is so on-point). I ordered the Okinawa Rose and my husband got the Yumi Old Fashioned. All three were delicious but the salmon roll really impressed. Minneapolis is home to quite a bit of Japanese cuisine, and so far Yumi has been a favorite.
