I have thick hair, and no one else could ever get the color right, but Beth nailed it from the start. If the old man with the Walker named Richard comes anywhere near you, grab your things and run out…read moreof the store. He absolutely hacked my hair unlike anything I've ever seen. He took the scissors and cut straight across from right to left in less than 3 minutes and told me he was done. It was uneven by at least 6 in from the front of my hair to the back when pulling it forward. I am mortified by his service and then he argued with me when I showed him how uneven it was and he saw me start crying. This is the first and only time I've ever complained about a service. I have no idea how he's allowed to work there!!!
