Anyway, these guys were absolutely awesome. Super friendly and great to work with, took good care of my things, and were very open to whatever feedback or requests I had for how to arrange things. Also, I got quotes from a few places, and this was by far the most affordable. Another company quoted me over twice what I ended up paying with these guys. They got a big job done quickly, moving me out of a third-floor walk-up apartment with a tricky staircase that has four turns - I was amazed at how fast it went. And they were able to get my couch down no problem, despite the fact that the company I'd hired when moving in said it was impossible to get up and made me disassemble it on the street. Would absolutely recommend these guys. I'd love to never move again, but such is life, so when I do, they are my first call.

Attention to detail and service is there a number one concern and goal. I had them moving a lot of oversized, heavy and awkward equipment. In light of the last few months of having friends move and thus having bad experiences with other companies, I felt compelled to make sure that my review was out there so if you have to move, this is the only company I would use!

I had heard about the stellar work of Junk Happens and gave them a call. I received an estimate right away and scheduled a date for them to come out. The day before the junk removal date I received a call confirming the time and all the details, something I appreciate. When the workers arrived they all introduced themselves and we walked through the home and garage to indicate the items we needed removed. I was very impressed with the professionalism and hard work from the crew. They brought 2 trucks: one for all the furniture, dishes, planters and other items they would donate at Goodwill and one truck for the junk. They cleared out our furnace room and basement far more quickly than I imagined! They also handily took all the furniture we wished to have removed. All in all I highly recommend Junk Happens! They were top notch in every way.

As a military family, we've moved many times both within Minnesota and across the country, and this experience was truly our best. I significantly underestimated the amount of time our move would take. The move took over 10 hours and filled 3 trucks! The team of 4 guys who came out were on time, very polite and worked their butts off the whole day. I only saw them take one break the whole day! One of the guys told me he thought a mirror may have cracked, despite being wrapped carefully. He was very apologetic. I told him stuff happens. I saw them being very careful with all of our items. The mirror was a bummer, but could have happened to anyone. The owner had indicated he would give me a discount when we had first talked. However, there was not a discount at the end. I emailed the owner the next day and asked about the discount. He got back to me right away and said he would look into it. Frankly, that very minor issue does not change my review or opinion about this moving company. If we had to move again tomorrow (God forbid!) I would call these guys again. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!
