They threw away the remote for the adjustable bed and the dvd player, as well as all the keys and garage door opener that were on the counter for the new owners. I guess I forgotten they were there. But they got rid of everything except the furniture as I asked and they were friendly and hard workers. Definitely give them a call if you need any junk removed. To be clear the new owners wanted the furniture left otherwise I believe they would have taken care of that too.

Both times the responsiveness to my inquiry and estimation process were smooth, professional, and courteous. The team showed up on time, honored the estimate (based on photos I had provided), and left the areas looking better than before the job. The pricing to job completed was a good value in my opinion and I would highly recommend that to get an estimate for any residential project. Caleb was the primary point person for our quotes but the entire team was friendly.

They talk up their donations over the phone and the guys on location certainly don't correct the impression when asked. The real story only became clear as the truck packing neared completion. All that said, the guys that did the work were efficient and protected the house. And they responded super fast to my call.

I had heard about the stellar work of Junk Happens and gave them a call. I received an estimate right away and scheduled a date for them to come out. When the workers arrived they all introduced themselves and we walked through the home and garage to indicate the items we needed removed. I was very impressed with the professionalism and hard work from the crew. They brought 2 trucks: one for all the furniture, dishes, planters and other items they would donate at Goodwill and one truck for the junk. They cleared out our furnace room and basement far more quickly than I imagined! They also handily took all the furniture we wished to have removed. All in all I highly recommend Junk Happens!
