I kept thinking we would get there and refine the shape but we never did. Instead she just cut down my pinkies (leaving them square) and painted the other nails without shaping them. I should have asked her to fix it but she didn't even ask me how I liked them and I figured I could just deal with it. To top it all off my gel builder cracked and peeled off less than a week later on two different nails on two different hands. I don't even think it was gel builder at this point because it normally stays on a while. I'll skip this place going forwards.

I had made an appointment prior, and it seemed like whether you are a walk-in or appointment you were waiting the same time (which wasn't too long). The staff were very friendly, and at first I loved how they came out. But they didn't last very long. I got the gel manicure done with chrome. I've gotten gel for the last 5 years. The set I came in with was 6 weeks old (and NONE of it had chipped off). Within 24 hours, the thumb on my nondominated hand was already chipping off. While I was there the techs were talking about how one of them overcharged another customer. The tech put magic removal on my nails to remove the prior gel, and my nails were curling into themselves. It was a little painful. If the manicure had lasted at least two weeks, I would have been fine to come back. But since it started chipping almost immediately, it just doesn't seem worth it, in my opinion.

They will also call to confirm your appointment a day or two in advance. Just a note, if you run into concerns of no return calls after leaving several voicemail messages, reach out to the restaurant and ask to speak to a Manager. I resulted to that after a week of no return phone calls and I received a call within 24 hours from the spa. Free parking is available on the street. I do not believe a parking garage is nearby. Of those three they all do nails a little differently. Nothing negative. You just have to speak up and talk about what you are looking for in your nails, and find your tech. It's nice having a plan a tech, plan b... ect. I guess that's the military spouse in me. All three respected and delivered my wishes. I average a nail appointment 10-12 days because I have nervous energy and end up picking at them. I am also hard on my nails. I do housework, clean, cook, garden ect. I just like them to look nice. All three were ok knowing they would see my face 3 times a month. My money, my nails. I average $50-$55 for a fill. A little higher than I've paid elsewhere. I've never seen a price list for my manicure/nails. But, I enjoy the service and quality. My pedicure will run me $55-$60 today. I've enjoyed it so far. Overall, a wonderful place for your nail needs. I highly suggest making an appointment and booking future appointments. I've found my new salon.
