I'm so glad that I found Jaclyn when I moved down to LA! She is so talented at coloring hair and great at listening to what her clients want! We've done different things with my base color and with highlights over the years, and she really listens to what I want and then makes my hair look amazing. I like a very natural look for my highlights, and she knows how to make them look lived in and subtle, just the way I love them. She also has done both a lighter and darker base color, depending on what I asked for, and made them look extremely natural, which can sometimes be tricky with toning brown hair. I love seeing her even more now that she's at Hairem -- the playlist is always fun, and the decor is really inviting. You'll be really happy if you go to her for color! read more

Jaclyn is an absolute master with color! She has been doing my hair (red) for over 10 years now and I get compliments almost daily asking if it's natural. She most recently did my daughters hair for the first time, and she is so in love with it. If you're looking for somebody who is simply incredible with color, she's your girl. I was hoping for a total transformation and Claudio was the answer. He took the time to talk about the look I wanted to achieve and made it happen. Thrilled with my new look!! Added bonus was the cool and relaxing vibes in the salon. read more

I have been going to Claudio and have followed him for the past - I want to say 7-8 years now. I cannot tell you how many compliments I get on my hair cuts. I let him do whatever he thinks looks best on me and he does it so wonderfully and stylishly. I referred other men to go see him and they're just as pleased. He's really well educated in hair cutting and styling. I love his new salon now. I think that he and Jackie are making a great team and could not be more excited for them. Cannot believe that we have such a high level salon right here in the valley! We're very fortunate. Totally recommend it! read more

I had a great experience at Hairem! I asked for a short bob and was so scared it wouldn't look like what I expected, but Claudio perfectly replicated the pictures I showed him, a real pro. The salon is clean and peaceful, and the price was reasonable, will definitely come back read more

Claudio is an absolute artist. He is by far the best person to get your hair done. He has a way of making you feel like a goddess. I never know what I want when going into Hairem, but every time Claudio blows me away! I absolutely love my hair. I have dark brown hair and he know exactly what my hair needs. To lighten it and make it look so natural. He is the only person I'll ever go to. read more

I found Yuki through my coworker who posted her gorgeous hair on Instagram. Made an appointment with her after the first LA lockdown was lifted and could not be happier from the moment I stepped in to the minute I stepped out. She was kind, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout my whole experience. Even though it was my first time seeing her, I was confident I would love what she did to my hair. I also did not know what I wanted my hair to look like and she helped me navigate to see what I liked. Thank you Yuki! PS this salon was CLEAN - I am a clean freak myself and was impressed, especially with all the covid-ness around us all. read more

I have NEVER let anyone else touch my color since yuki got her hands on my hair! I'm a very fickle person and I really change my mind every few months as to what color I want my hair to be. Yuki makes sure that she gives me color I want but also takes care of my locks to make sure my hair stays healthy and in good condition. Nowadays, there are so many stylists that will take you from dark brown to platinum blonde in one sitting and your hair will never be the same. Yuki has always taken care of my hair while giving me GORGEOUS color! When I took my engagement photos, I got SO many compliments and everyone was asking where I got my color done. My answer is and always will be yuki at C the Salon! read more

Head stylist and owner Claudio is wordclass! My husband and I have been going to Claudio for over a decade and his genious had remained consistant. He is a true " visagiste "- and gives the most flattering cuts and color for both men and women. On occasions when I unwisely chose another coiffeur and got " butchered ", Claudio fixed me up again and again. You will find no one better in Southern California so go ahead and make an appointment- if you are fortunate enough to get one! read more

Nicole is amazing!! I went in with a vague idea that I wanted to chop off my hair and she took it and made my hair a work of art! I'm still getting over the shock of having such a drastic change done, but I can already tell that I'm going to love it. The best part of my experience with Nicole at C the Salon was how supportive she was the whole time. I was super nervous and she gave me the support that got me through to the end. The first picture is after the salon and the second is after I spent a day playing with it. I'm so happy I found this salon and got someone so skilled to make my idea a reality! read more

I have been to this salon once only fifteen years ago and they still keep texting me to make an appointment. I DO NOT WANT TO GO THERE. I have asked them to take me off their mailing list but they keep texting me to come back. Don't give then your phone number because they will not stop bugging you to come back. It is a nice salon but I have moved away and will not go back. Crazy people. This is turning into borderline harassment. Enough. Please don't contact me anymore. read more

It's cheaper than a therapy session and it gave me a giant boost of self-confidence! I'm in LOVE with my hair. I kept looking at it-- in the mirror, at every store-front reflection. I feel so beautiful. The magician that made my hair look so bouncy and defined is named Patrik. He took my idea and ran with it. I got something that works for me and my skin tone (because not all color match my skin tone). His technique for balayage is quite genius. It looks very natural which is exactly what I wanted. I don't have to constantly go in to the salon and get it retouched. Plus, he gave me great tips to maintain and style my hair. I'm definitely coming back! read more

Skeptical at first, I found this place after reading many Yelp reviews. Good & Bad. I decided to take a chance and scheduled an appointment today. When I got there, they greeted me & took me in right away. Before getting washed up, Kimmi, the stylist consulted with me on what I wanted. I explained what I wanted & what was going on with my hair & she suggested we cut my hair dry so that she doesn't cut too much off and can work with what I want better. I think it was Ruby, who shampooed my hair and she was great. She had a very "cool" personality. We finished and Kim got started on me, she blow-dried my hair pretty d*mn well. She started to snip and shape & I felt completely comfortable. I told her that I wanted a v-shape in the back & she said ok but also kept me updated on my length because I wanted her to cut all the "dead ends" but keep as much length as possible. She did exactly that. I couldn't stop touching my hair when I left. It felt stronger and looked great. $80 later, but it was worth it. I did ask about the 15% off at the end for new clients, & she said that for Kimmi they can't use it but I can use it on a product. I passed. They should take that picture down if it doesn't apply to what it says. Other then that I will definitely be coming back for more with Kim!!! read more

I have been going to this salon for years and always leave completely satisfied. Just got my hair colored by Jaclyn Wosk and she did beyond an amazing job! Jaclyn takes such great pride in her work. Her color jobs always turn out beautifully natural and elegant. She knows all the latest techniques and is always up to date with the hottest trends. She's got loads of experience under her belt and it shows in her work! Every time she does my hair it comes out looking exactly how I envisioned. (We've all had those eeeeek! Claudio is the absolute best! I came in a year ago with the worst covid hair- uncolored, grown out and looking terrible. He not only cut my hair but brought back to the exact shade of red that my hair naturally was when I was younger before I started going gray! It is amazing! He also gives you advice on products, styling tools, and how to keep your hair healthy! I would recommend him 10000% read more

Claudio has been my hair stylist for the past 30 ys. He is an extremely trustworthy stylist for both men and women. I am so grateful for his expertise and warmth that I will continue following him for many more years to come read more

I have been coming here for 2 years and I can say this is the best salon hands down!! I have been coloring my hair for the last 17 years and no one does more of an amazing job than my stylist Tiffany . She has a natural gift and truly loves what she does. This heightens the whole experience. My hair is difficult and I can bring her ideas and rely on her experience and knowledge to steer me in the right direction. Every time, I love the result. She has done everything on my hair from black/brown to a beautiful cinnamon ombré to medium brown/blonde, highlights, you name it. She takes cash or check only so call ahead for a consultation/prices so you come prepared. Also, on Saturdays Rene Furterer (who is so incredibly sweet) does free scalp analyses and treatments for clients!!! Added bonus Book Tiffany now! You will not be disappointed. read more

My first visit here was not good. I called on a Saturday to get color done and was given Therese. She was nice, but I was incredibly unhappy with my hair. The cut was horrible and the color was even worse. I wanted an apricot gold color, and left with orange and bleached streaks, with some areas in my bangs that she didn't even color. It was just a mess. And the haircut was awful. I waited a week to see if I felt better, but I still hated it. I called the salon to see what could be done. Before offering me a refund, they wanted me to meet with the owner, Claudio, so he could assess my hair. Needless to say, I was booked with him less than 2 days later. He and Jaclyn fixed my hair color, but even the "fixed" haircut was terrible. I will NEVER return. read more
