My friends and I had a horrible experience with the stylist Claudia, and ever since Vy from Ivy Hair Salon took over she has really cleaned up this shop and removed the horrible old staff that worked at Billy's. I have been going to Ivy for 10 years when she had Ivy's Hair Salon and have the photos to prove it. Claudia has started retaliating ever since she was fired and has been asking her clients to BULLY and HARASS Ivy and write fake bad reviews. I urge people to avoid trusting any hateful comments claiming Claudia was so good. If you want a solid haircut and color for complex hair types IVY is the right person to come to. It is devastating when people bully minority business owners due to racism.

I got my hair colored by mimi. At first she did small streaks and it didn't turn out the way my husband likes so I went back the next day for her to fix it. I was having my hair installed the same day later and I am leaving out of town so I had to do it. Mimi was off so we were in a pickle, but she came in on her day off just to fix my hair. She did it for free. My initial coat was 250 but 300 total with tip. She re bleached my hair with bigger streaks and it turned out perfect! I was very happy with it. I just tipped her another 50$ bc i felt so bad for making her come in. She wasnt trying to take my money bc she said "its all good!". Mimi was so nice and a pleasure to talk with. When I get my hair re touched ill come back to her!
