Went here for the 1st time yesterday & was very happy with my haircut & eyebrow wax. Elena was very kind & professional. She had amazing attention to detail & made sure I really liked everything that she did. I will be returning soon! read more

Raina gave me a great trim 10/18/26. Because of her haircut, I am comfortable wearing my hair down again.

Went asked for balayage and I will say the turn out was not what I wanted or expected or looked like the inspiration picture I'm not one to complain but I will not go back was so patchy in one spot and just wasn't even at all. The people were super nice and great people to talk to i don't like to insult anyone's talent but I think it was just a lack of skill maybe read more

Lizzie cut and colored my son's hair and she did an excellent job. I first described what he was looking for, but couldn't find any pictures online. Lizzie found pictures of exactly what he wanted (basically, all-over red highlights with some peek a boo red highlights under his bangs on a modern mullet cut) and then delivered what was shown in the pictures. He is so happy with the results. I highly recommend Lizzie for your cut and coloring needs, as she is excellent at what she does!! read more

Asked for 2-3 inches off the length and face framing haircut with U shape and they cut off like 12 inches off my hair. My hair was hip length when I came in and I left with my hair in the middle of my back. The result haircut was okay but not what I asked for. I regret going to this place. I came to this place because it had a good rating and asked for a haircut, and the lady at the front asked if I have an appointment which I didn't. Instead of asking me to make an appointment, she called out a hairstylist guy right away who came out from the back. It felt like I was being a nuisance to them. If they want me to make an appointment, they could've let me know and I could've come back later. I didn't get what I asked for but the haircut is okay in the end but I'm still disappointed. Never coming back read more

Filthy location. Old crusty hair caked onto the baseboards. Came in at 3:45 left at 7:00. I picked blonde highlights and blonde hair. Our consult was all about me wanting to go a lighter blonde than I came in with. Well it Came out BROWN. They blamed it on the toner. Then they said they'll do another toner treatment. This time it became a lighter shade of BROWN. Extremely poor management. I have never had such poor treatment from such a filthy establishment. I'm pretty sure they'd fail a health or cleanliness inspection. read more

Had a hard time finding a place to get a woman's short haircut in this area. Wanted to support local small businesses barbershop or salon, but it was impossible getting appointments! Here, it's nice we can make appointments online. I made my appointment via "Book appointment" Yelp link. Friend recommended Ashely, Senior Designer I. Price depends on what service you want and how experienced/skilled your stylist is. I was charged $32.00 for the "Signature Cut includes relaxing shampoo and conditioner" + tip, but when I made my appointment online it said $36. Ashely did a great job and was very fast. It only took ~15 mins, fastest cut I've had. I don't wash my hair at salons; it's too hard from my wheelchair. This place is in a strip mall with UPS across from Randhurst mall. It is wheelchair accessible. read more

I've known Debbie over 45 years. Always a great experience!

Georgia is a hair wizard. I called this morning after being turned away for 4 different places and I was crying due to the mess my hair was in. It was blue and red and black from hair dye mess up and she got my back to my beautiful blonde in no time and was so nice and so funny and made me so comfortable the entire time I was there. She walked me through everything she was doing and gave me a beautiful haircut too. 10 out of 10 read more

I was desperate for a hair cut so I went here. I asked specifically how I wanted it he clearly understood me cause he demonstrated how and I asked nicely to not keep cutting it shorT. During the middle of it I just wanted to cry but the damage was done. I asked for v cut with layers and long length but it doesn't look like that. it's all just all chopped off. read more

We made an appointment a week in advance but when we got there they were surprised to hear that which is why it took 25 minutes to finally get a chair despite only 1 other customer being in the shop. There was 2-3 other employees all hanging out in the back of the house and not 1 offered to come up and help. What? Was everyone on a break less than 2 hours after being opened? Finally, when the lady who did my daughter's hair got to her she rushed through it as she mentioned she was in a hurry and she did a terrible job. We had to actually have it fixed elsewhere. My family had been going here fr many years, not anymore! read more

I drove in from Rockford, IL to have my favorite Beauty Consultant cut my hair. Debbie Z does great hair. Sometimes I get a Wild Hair idea... lol...Debbie let's me know her Larned opinion about how it'll look on me/my hair based on her years of experience as well as knowing how my hair reacts to various products (color/perms) and off we go exploring a new cut or color. I fear the day I can't drive to her to get my hair done, but that's years down the road. Thanks Debbie you Rock. read more

Lizzy is rockin it! Give her a try, she is a good stylist/good/listens/ delivers and online booking! Rand Road, easy in easy out!

I've never had a bad experience until today. Instead of a wolfcut I got a jellyfish haircut. Usually, I wouldn't mind having a bad haircut but I have graduation in a couple of days and I cannot stop crying over how horrible it looks. I don't think I'll be coming back here again. read more

Well.... I went to the Hair Cuttery for a pretty basic haircut. Short on the sides and long on top. I usually had a women named Rebecca do my hair but that was a couple of years ago. So, I thought they usually always did a good job. The person that did my hair gave me a trash haircut. I'm not coming back. Sports clips is the way to go. read more

I had a cut and color done with Marisa a few weeks ago and WOW was I impressed! My friend referred me and her hair always looks great but I was still skeptical. I left smiling ear to ear and couldn't be happier with my new look. I love the inviting, friendly, and professional feel of the salon. Everyone was extremely friendly. They are reasonably priced, flexible, great at what they do, attentive, and convenient. Highly recommend them based on my experience! read more
