I got quick responses and understood what I was getting my hair and myself into. I initially planned to bleach my hair for the first time, get bangs, and get layers. However, on the day before my appointment, I remembered that I have a history of sensitive skin. Hoyeon (the super sweet, helpful color specialist) was able to accommodate me, and I ended up getting my hair dyed a lighter brown color that didn't require bleach and that compliments my paler skin. Everyone was super kind in the salon, and the salon itself was clean and professional. Hoyeon also gave me advice on how to better maintain my ends. Overall, every staff member I interacted with was stellar, and the end result was as good as I could have asked for!
