She takes her time and always makes sure we leave with exactly what we wanted. She has a real talent for color and is incredibly knowledgeable regarding techniques and trends. Her cuts, styles and blowouts are on point and to top it all off with a cherry she is an incredibly wonderful human, who is patient with teens, has a huge heart and is very fun and personable. I called the salon again and the receptionist couldn't schedule a time either and said someone will get back to me-nope no contact--so yea I will be going elsewhere

I recently received a partial balayage. While the ends of my hair are not my main concern, the…read morecrown and nape were left uneven and poorly blended, including a noticeable patch in the middle/back that I couldn't see during my appointment. I went to a different salon hoping to try to get the tone I was hoping for, and after parting it, the stylist pointed out a large uneven spot (image included). I contacted the salon about this but have not received a response. I also reached out to the stylist, who offered a retone, but after consulting other stylists, I was advised that toner alone would not fix the uneven section especially the patch in the back. I do not feel comfortable returning, especially after leaving the salon with such a noticeable spot that I wasn't informed about. I have also contacted the salon manager and have yet to hear back. I've already paid another stylist to tone down part of the unevenness and will still need additional corrective work. Considering the extra time, cost, and effort required to fix the large patch in the back, I believe a refund or partial refund should have been offered and considered. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the final result.

It was my very first time going to her and boy did she not disappoint. I went in for a haircut and blowout. My visit with her consisted of lots of laughs because she is really down to earth. I loved her energy and the way she made me feel like a friend. My favorite part of the visit was wash and shampoo time because she gave the best scalp massage. During the haircut process she made sure to ask me how comfortable I was with length and that automatically let me know I was in good hands.
