Update: I was initially put off by them not having a way to reach anyone in the salon and the concierge number was no help. HOWEVER, when I emailed about my concerns I received a quick reply. I have a weird "shelf" thing that my hair does and Amanda let me come back to get it "fixed". She genuinely wanted me to love my hair and after the fix I absolutely do! B.J. was already booked so I was set up with Lupe. The day of, everything went to heck in a hand-basket. He explained everything despite me saying "yeah, you can't f it up so don't worry." In truth, it could have been f'ed up but it was f'ing fantastic when he was done. She just got done coloring my hair bring pink in fact, a pink ombré. It looks great. Courtney is also my makeup artist. She has accompanied me to photo shoots and prepares me for various events when needed. I couldn't speak more highly of any other hair stylist. She's a great person too, fun to talk with. I did my trial a few days ago and all I can say is AMAZING! She is absolutely amazing so talented. I booked to have my engagement photos done the same day not realizing how hot it would be. I'm thinking this makeup will be ruined for this 2 hour shoot. Can I say flawless the whole time. It was over 115 and the makeup was still perfect. I'm not a big makeup person so I felt this makeup is going to be so heavy and caked on. But total opposite it looks super natural and lightweight (hopefully that makes sense). If you don't use her your crazy. I would recommend her to everyone. If only I can make more money to have her do my make up daily........ Anyone hiring for part time?
