He asked what I wanted and after leaving me in the chair for 5 to 10 minutes he comes back and says that he isn't qualified to do a full custom wig and that I'd have to schedule with Emily and she wasn't there that day.. seriously?.. The only thing available ( considering we live 2 hours away ) was a zoom meeting the next day.. I was annoyed but decided to go with the flow and scheduled it.. guess what.. she nor the company ever called and that was 1 month ago.. it's not easy walking into any salon/ store/etc when it comes to hair loss so this was not the experience I want for anyone else.

During the visit I pointed out to her that the braids were very large at the top and skinny from the middle to the bottom.
