I also went by the high score reviews to see Cesare. The first appointment was a consultation for possible hair extensions, but said they wouldn't work on me. I wanted someone who knew color and what would be best for me. While I was there he pitched this Bio Scan, that can tell you what vitamins you are missing and that it would be good for my hair. $150 later he still hasn't given me the report because he wanted me to buy the vitamins from the company through him. Cost?$600!!! That is PER MONTH!!! I told him no! I did come back for the color and cut and now wish I didn't. My hair is dark brown and he took me to a dark blackish color that looked horrendous on me. The cut was equally as terrible, basically a mullet. Not to mention I was there 4 hours! Ridiculous, it cost me nearly $500!!! You cannot rely on the rating evidently. read more

I initially seeker him out for hair extensions but during my consultation, he explained that he first needed to get my hair in great condition.
