When my kiddo came out, he had a fro with undefined curls, I was shocked and I could tell that my son was not happy. He said he thought there would be further styling or cutting but that did not happen. My teen doesn't quite yet have his voice to speak up. Needless to say when we got home, he was in tears and he had to stay home instead of going to a dinner event. I called the salon the next day and spoke to Angie. I sent her the pictures of what he wanted and what he ended up with. She said they would find a solution immediately. However it's been over a week of text messages that have not been returned. None of my voice mails have been returned. I even walked in to the salon and Angie was out to lunch. I was told Nicole would call me back. That has not happened. I managed to talk to Angie and she promised she would talk to Nicole that day and get me a response. It's now been over 7 days and this has not been resolved. We walked away paying Melissa $345 including tip. And another $100 in products. Seems like we need a call back and definitely need a redo which they advertise as their policy if there is unsatisfactory service or a refund. I hope that if Melissa reads this or the owners, they might consider growing a conscience in the treatment we have received.

Then a few days before I asked if they could do my hair at 9:30 no makeup and they were nice enough to accommodate me (or so I thought) fast forward to day of our big event. Yes I was running late and they moved it down that was my fault. But when my sister got there at 10:00 they started asking for one of my nieces saying one of them was suppose to be at 10:15. My sister called me on speaker and Liz was very rude and unprofessional. She totally made my sister feel so uncomfortable on a very important day for her and her daughters. It made me so upset that the start of their big day was ruined by how rude they were being treated and how Liz was yelling at me on the phone. I sent screenshots to my sister so she can show them proof of all our conversations. Liz dismissed it still blaming me. I told my sister here is the text she sent me with prices because I have a feeling she's going to try to charge you more. Sure enough my sister said she tried to charge her more. Upon seeing my nieces to get them in their quinceñera dress I could not believe the makeup that was done on them. I could have done a better job. There is only one other hairstylist I've always trust to work on my hair but she's not in the area. Yes, I did the last minute. I needed to have my hair color before Saturday and on Thursday I decided to find someone close by. There were several hair salons near my office and one of them is this cute little house with a sign "Hair by Cesare". I walked in and Wendy greeted me and I met Cesare. I told Cesare that I needed specific hair color. He showed me options and explained to me the process. After speaking to him I felt comfortable trusting him to work on my hair. The man knows his color. Then I told him that I needed it done no later than the next day. He had a busy schedule already but he was kind enough to accommodate me. Look no more girls...this is the place to be. Cesare is not just a hair stylist, he's an artist with a great passion for art. You will see and feel the passion he has when he works on your hair. Cesare understood what I wanted, he catered to my needs and most of all he understood my hair. He delivered. My hair color and hair cut looks amazing. I came out from his shop feeling really good. Cesare will be my permanent hair stylist and I am so glad he's in my area. Cesare's salon is very comfortable with great and relaxing music. This place is not your typical noisy salon. Wendy, the assistant is such a fabulous person. Thanks Cesare for a job well done! read more

The minute you step into this salon you know you have entered a salon with a difference. This cozy place has a definite feel of the creative artist at work. Cesare is that artist. He gives his unique touch to you as an individual, not just another head of hair. He looks at your lifestyle, and listens to your opinions while interjecting his own voice of experience. in the scope of hair extensions and colour Cesare is the best hair artist I have met, and I travel extensively through Europe. He listened to my goals of using hair extensions and steered me away from the previous bad experiences. I listened to his advice and could not be happier with my Hairdream extensions, and after two weeks of wearing them I feel I have found my bliss. Thank you Cesare, a million thank you for helping me to be confident and to feel beautiful. Thank you to his assistant Lucia for your help and support, and your wonderful tea. read more

As another poster stated, I as well was never blessed with great hair. I have Fine, thin, flyaway hair. And, as I have aged, my hair is getting even thinner. After researching "extensions" very thoroughly on the internet, I found that Cesare had some of the best ratings and even an online video. I like his laserbeamer technique for applying extensions, which cuts the chair time in half and leaves the extensions smooth and sleek, without clumps and bumps in my head...as I realized some other extensions do. Cesare used amazing extensions from Austria on me, and real hair...not from some third world country where you don't know where they got it from. I like the fact that Cesare is honest. Even though today was only my second visit to his salon, he made me look like a star when I left. He really knows his craft. I don't trust most salons or hairdressers with my hair...but I do trust Cesare. read more

Incredible! That's the one word I would use to describe Cesare. I have frizzy, tangly, unruly hair. Not to mention damaged..... I went to cesare just to fix my color, and he did that and so much more. We discussed my issues, and he told me about Igora color 10 a quick process color, plus recommended the Brazilian Blow out. I had heard some iffy things about Keratin treatments, but he put me to ease. There is now a 100% Formaldehyde free Brazilian Blow out. Brazilian Zero. I decided to try it as I needed help and Voila, super smooth, super shiny, no frizz, amazingly even with both color and Brazilian it only took 2 hours for both. In my book time well spent. When I first made an appointment online, Uhara called me back and answered all of my questions. I was surprised and really glad because nowadays everything is so virtual and done via text. Julius is the stylist, and I met him when I came in for my appointment. He's very patient, and I appreciated it because when it comes to my hair..I take patience, lol. He's great at revamping units and tells you what's best so you aren't throwing money away. I will definitely refer Nashional any time I can and use their services when I need.
