We were shopping in the area that day and checked with Walmart Auto Center first but they said they were booked until the following week. I called Mavis and was informed that they could take care of us now if we stopped in so we did. Anthony, the service manager was friendly and explained everything that was included with the pricing (road hazard, rotation etc.). This is an auto shop so nothing super fancy, the waiting room can use an upgrade but surprisingly the bathroom was in decent shape. I believe the four tires came to just about $460. My sister was happy to have new tires and our group was happy because we were able to get all the work done while shopping in the area. Great Job Anthony and the Mavis Tire team!

We have lived in Hudson for more than two years and use Monro for everything. We've really had excellent experiences - they work on both our cars, a 2006 Honda Accord and a 2012 Honda CR-V. They always manage to work us in, even last minute, quickly diagnose a problem, and remedy it. Just last week, they fixed an exhaust monitor on the Accord after the "Check Engine" light came on about $300 - I am sure I could not have done better at the dealer, and this shop is right in our town. They inspect all our cars, and turn them around promptly. Bill at the front desk is a pro, polite and professional. I recommend this place to everyone who asks.

I don't mind paying premium prices for service but one expects something in return as simple as recording and posting this information. The place was filthy inside and out. I asked the mechanic a simple question about the alignment and he had no idea what I was talking about so I'm not sure it was done correctly at all. Lost my family's business foreve. Was told he wouldn't work on it and to have it towed away to another shop citing that there were "too many cars in line" "people are always calling and interrupting me while I'm working". When picking up the car I tried to explain that I was only calling because of the timeline they gave me and the owner shouted at me threatened to fight me in the office?! Honestly, it seemed like he was having a nervous breakdown, so yeah, wouldn't recommend. Pretty insane way to treat customers.

He gave her a hard time for not staying in line in her car, guess sitting in a car for 2.5 hours wasn't acceptable to him. I myself am a double amputee and had a hard time sitting in the same position for that length of time. Yes signs are clearly posted to stay in your car....I get it. But 2.5 hours is unacceptable. Kid needs to spend less time on his phone and pay more attention to the customers. He should be apologizing and not scolding, specifically the elderly.
