I went and had 2 new tires on my car. The passenger side popped. I called them and they don't warranty their tires! I paid over 200.00 a tire. Then they did not put my spare tire back in my car. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are terrible customer service also. As bad as walmart. read more

Haines Tires is completely reliable, affordable and trustworthy. Sometimes a terribly long wait, but I sincerely regret not waiting one day for the correct sized tires to be delivered to them. For the first time in many years, I had an emergency that required new front tires immediately and unfortunately Haines didn't have the size available. Not their fault at all. So I went to Mavis Tires instead. For my review of that, please take the trouble to go to Mavis Tires on Yelp. It was the most dreadful experience and I will never go back there again. Went here with my all wheel drive vehicle asking for four tires to be replaced with used tires as the tread was wearing thin. After they placed four tires that were different front and back my car started making a knocking noise. I took it to my mechanic and he said it was because with an all wheel drive vehicle you need 4 of the same tires and that this should be common knowledge. I got 4 brand new tires at a different place because now I didn't trust this place to not know something that my mechanic said should be common knowledge. No knocking noise now. I tried to return the tires and they would not refund me the money. The guy suggested selling the used tires on Ebay like I don't have better things to do with my time. I had the tires two weeks. All I wanted was my money back. I will never go back to this place again and I suggest you never do. read more

I had a bald balanced perfectly fine tire I usually go to Albrights they stand by their work Anyway I went to Haines in CATSKILL because I was short on funds driving to and from loved ones weekly in buffalo back and forth I had Just hydroplaned the night before in a rainstorm so anyway I went to get a used tire and the old one was holding air perfectly, the mechanic comes out after taking my tire off and breaking the bead within seconds he's like your rim is broken, how'd you find it that fast I wonder, I'm not mechanically inclined and don't know better so they put on a donut and gave me my rim back and I went home to change rear rims to other ones, my brother who's a mechanic himself says they owe you a rim, first off the crack was fresh aluminum UNOXIDIZED SO I brought it back a nicely explained how it was holding air there's no way a crack that large was pre existing without sealant inside it, being that they say that the last guy did it at Albrights, I said why's there no sealant inside the crack and why's it so fresh and the skinny brown haired garage counter guy slaps on sealant into the crack saying that's how it gets in there covering up the evidence Good thing I took pictures first That's what happens when you break the seal of a fully inflated tire on an aluminum rim I'm told from another patron as the bald Latin mechanic laughs at me The woman blond woman behind the counter with an evil scowl and curly hair had an attitude to match from the start asking if I talked to the garage guys, of course I did, guess we're going to a consumer protection agency and a DMV judge of some sort or another read more
