This was way beyond scanning of historic documents - their quality control is unmatched - cropping and positioning every scan, which was perfectly digitized, and meticulously labeling every document, folder and file in a logical file structure so we can easily locate over 7,500 documents. Some documents are from the 1940's and earlier, larger format, which required careful handling to preserve both the image and document. Nimish and his team are responsive, communicate well and thoughtful in how they approach a project of this magnitude. They had many helpful suggestions as we progressed to completion. We've uploaded the entire project to a protected redundant shared Google Drive structure so all the kids, grandkids and great grandkids can access it for decades to come. Dan is the man! I just had a wonderful experience with HaiChris Inc. I was designated with the task of finding a printer for a marketing project. Their location was close to a client's office, so I dropped in unannounced. I met Dan. Brilliant guy! I read someone else's review that said he makes you feel like the only customer and I couldn't agree more. I'm sure he had other things to do other then talk to a complete stranger. We worked out the quote which was a fantastic quote which should have been the end of it. The transaction was complete. I now have the quote that I sought after, and with most companies it would end there but not HaiChris, and not Dan. We then sat and discussed the ins and outs of this project and then we shifted gears and started talking about other marketing ideas and I shared with him some of the industries my clients are in and the unique challenges each of them face. He started showing me some marketing tools I hadn't thought about that could really help with several marketing initiatives. From there we both started bouncing ideas off of each other and pretty soon nearly two hours had gone by and I feel like I didn't just meet with a vendor I met with a friend.
