Tried the food truck and it was underwhelming. Really wanted to like it. The wait was long to prepare your food after ordering. They were not as busy as the truck in the same lot but seemed slower. Didn't get much tuna for the price either. Ingredients were fresh but so are pre-made salads. I'd like to try the brick & mortar to compare. read more

Usually my reviews will focus on just the quality of the food, but the staff was so rude and so unprofessional that this review is for them. We went on 2/28/26 and experienced alot of attitude about ordering food at 8:15 pm, when their hours clearly state they close at 9:00. The rudest of the bunch, some college aged kid with glasses who seemed annoyed by our very presence reluctantly took our order and informed us that we wouldn't be able to purchase sides, (despite there being pre wrapped sides sitting in their cooler) . While the food was being prepared there was whispering in the ears by a female employee to the guy preparing the food, that always makes you super excited about eating the food. Then when the two bowls came out and we asked the girl which bowl was which, her reply was, "I don't know, I didn't take your order". Really?? You work there and the guy who made the bowl was in the kitchen 5' behind you! The attitude was unwelcome, the overall experience was trashed by the employees' demeanor. I would never go back and I hope there's an employee attitude adjustment at Hai Poke. read more

Stopped in the North Market at Bridge Park on a Friday night looking for dinner and chose to try Hai Poke'. I ended up doing a build your own bowl with tuna as the protein. Andrew, taking orders, was friendly as he walked us through the base, protein, topping, and sauce options for our bowls. After about 10 minutes our order of 2 BYOB bowls was ready. Overall the bowl tasted good and I like the inclusion of the lime wedge and wonton chips. There was a ton of jalapeno pieces so next time I would ask for light or less as I ended up pushing some to the side. They offer chopsticks or forks. read more

I love Poke'!!! Got the California Bowl this evening and it was fresh, delicious and filling. Crab salad, ginger, seaweed, avocado and rice were a couple of the ingredients. Service was friendly and efficient. They are located in North Market (bridge Park) where Little Kitchen used to be. Will definitely come back to try other varieties. Cohort loved his ahi tuna bowl minus the jalapeños lol ..... oops I missed that when ordering. read more

I went here for the first time about a month ago and did a create your own. It was phenomenal. The shrimp was fresh and it was delicious. I went today and the shrimp was mushy and old. I couldn't even eat it. I was so disappointed. I ordered the exact same thing and it was so bad I question going back again. I literally spit out the shrimp. I tried several pieces and they all were old and nasty. When you spend that much on a dang bowl you'd think the food would be good. I will say the service today for lunch was no comparison to what the young college graduate gave me last time either. The chicken also wasn't good. I've loved Hai Poke ever since going to the location they recently closed in Short North. Came in for lunch! I did a half and half bowl with tuna and salmon. It was ready in less than a minute. Delicious! And fresh. Not a ton of poke places around so I appreciate that they're now in Bridge Park! The prices have gone up. But that's inflation. Friendly staff here too! read more

I love poke, and was so excited to see this food truck back at 614. But my god it's SO SPICY. I've had it 3 times now thinking ok - no spicy Mayo, nothing on the menu that says it's hot or spicy. And the food is FLAMING. Like can't taste the food, flaming. This last time I got 1/2 rice 1/2 salad, crab salad, sweet soy and carrots. It was too spicy to eat, I couldn't taste anything for the rest of the night. I enjoy spicy food, I like a kick to my food, but when the food is so blatantly spicy with no other flavor, I have to wonder what they're hiding. Just bummed :( read more

I popped into North Market Dublin early in the afternoon on a weekday and tried Hai Poke'. The menu is based around rice bowls, and I decided to try something fully cooked as this was my first time. I went with the Porke' bowl, which is a rice bowl with pulled pork shoulder and a variety of garnishes. I have to say that it was pretty good, and it's left me wanting to go back for one of the seafood offerings next time. I also ordered the fried pork dumplings, and they were very tasty - a great snack if you don't want to eat a full meal. The service was fast, the folks were friendly, and you can't beat the location. read more

$17 for the slammin salmon -- Gordon Ramsey would've been pissed. Wanted to try this place for awhile because heard things of the location downtown. I don't know if things changed here or not. But the rice was over cooked. Salmon no flavor. Def not a poke bowl. Just be aware of spending your money here. You'll be better off at pokebros in Polaris. read more

Poké is delicious here. I got the Slammin Salmon bowl and the portion was huge-- my bowl was filled to the brim! Fish, rice, sauce, veggies all tasted incredible together. You can build your own bowl or choose from preset options. There are also sides like dumplings and crab rangoon. Service was quick and friendly. read more
