Was a great service till unfortunately the service declined recently I brought that up to Hai and his explanation was for me to try to understand that his employees are 75 years old and may not want to do the job anymore.. which all I had requested was for his employee to tighten up a nut on a screw that holds together the pump he told me that his employee refused to do it.. My pool pump was losing prime overnight and not fully filling the basket upon restart. Hai and Hue the "Dynamic Duo" dropped by to drain my pool and clear all dirt/debris/algae over the weekend. Only complaint was that they were over an hr late to the appointment. He did text me at the scheduled time to let me know they were running late. These guys are hella busy, which means they are in high demand. The work they did was well worth the wait. Near the end I checked in and saw Hai going at it with a shop vac and small vac attachment at the base of my pool, picking up even the tiniest dirt particles.
