I was sent to another representative who showed me the faucet recommended by the contractor. I chose one in one color and he said they only had it in another color. I said thank you and proceeded to leave when another man scolded the second man and told him he had one in my color. The second man picked it up and wrote me a slip. The third man said he was giving me a 30% discount. Well, upon installation the faucet didn't work and the shop wouldn't give a refund. In addition, the amount he charged me with a 30% discount was more than I would have paid at Menards. Luckily the contractor got the piece to fix it. Horrible experience.

The builder will not even consider anything without making my customer get pre-approved through their lender. This is a highly illegal practice and a RESPA violation. The builder also offers buyer incentives, but won't even say what the incentives are unless the buyer is using their in house lender. It is also illegal and a RESPA violation for a builder to offer an incentive, but take that incentive away if you refuse to use their in house lender. I found all this out before I looked at any reviews on here, so I didn't know how bad this builder is with their actual qualify of construction. I probably would have recommended the borrower move on to other homes if I had realized just how shady and truly awful this builder appears to be. I will definitely not be including this builder with any recommendations to customers in the future. I also hold Home Buyer Seminars in NW Indiana and I will be making sure to tell attendees specifically to avoid this builder in the future!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM If I could give zero stars I would. We flip 5-7 homes at a time and wanted to love using Rock Counter but it's been an awful experience. The "experienced designer" overlooked the fact that appliances are to be accounted for in a KITCHEN floor plan. Apparently she forgot that & my contractor didn't catch it because he's not a kitchen designer. This cost me over $3k to take out a load bearing wall to account for this mistake and pushed my project back. We have been missing some items such as toe kicks and the skin for our fridge.
